Great Workout!
I'm going to start with a negative but its my only one; so once assembled I was on the climber approx 30sec when the footrest on the left sheared off! ( I'm 90kg and 6ft tall). To say I was not happy would be an understatement but after some consideration I made contact with the manufacturer via Amazon and asked for a replacement part which arrived some 12 days later and since then all is well and I'm relaxed about it because there is a 2 year warranty. If your a fit individual then I would say the climber is a good investment and go for it, there aren't any other bits of exercise equipment that offer a full body workout and take up so little space in the home, as you will have no doubt read its easy to store aganist a wall and can be put into a stable workout position in seconds!if your considering the climber to get fit then your in the same position I was, I had quit the gym prior to lockdown because I just wasn't going and lockdown itself just conributed to my decline in fitness.Using the climber is easy however you may jump onto it and quickly find your legs tiring, I know I did after about 3mins and I suspect others have as well and quickly gave up, given the amount of climbers on the second hand market. So my tips for getting the best out of your climber are:1. leg stretches at the start and end of a workout, they don't take long and I find them worth it.2. Your legs might quickly start to ache and you feel like stopping, well thats probably because your muscles aren't warmed up yet. Go slower and stick to it and the ache will pass.3. Beware google searches that say you need to workout for at least 20 mins, if your just starting out trying to get fit set your own time, I did at 5 mins and built it up from there.4. I think my initial 5 mins workout was too fast because I was getting caught up in the beat of the music I was listening too, so pick your tunes carefully at first :)5. The footrests travel up and down 2 metal rods on each side of the climber and at the bottom of these rods is what I would call a bump stop, you hit it and you know you've reached the end of the rods travel. I find this hitting the bumpstop annoying and it puts me off my rythmn so I stop just before it, I guess I'm using 7/8ths of the available travel but doing this gives me a smoother action.overall I think I've bought a great bit of equipment and if your new to exercising stick with it and you'll see your fitness improving like i did.

Best so far
This is number two in my climber/stepper experience, the first one having packed in and apparently the company supplying the machine itself and spare parts falling out of agreement with their European agents. So, for the sake of a couple of wheels/bearings out it had to go. This present machine has the advantage of fewer bearings/rotating parts, so hopefully fewer potential failure points. It's a pulley system, rather than a chain. But that also means the wire/rope is more exposed and easy to get to should it need to be replaced. The moving parts slide up and down over four chromed rods. There's a supplied thick lubricant for these and for the nylon sleeves on the riase/lower parts. It's taken a few goes to 'settle in', but I can imagine the movement will become easier as the shop newness wears off.The steps seem slightly flimsy in comparison with the rest of the machine, which otherwise has a reassuring sturdiness about it With the bad experience of my previous machine I am keeping an eye on potential spare parts and which bits will need replacing and the steps may well be one of them. There's some reassurance that the manufacturer appears to be European, so shipping and availability should be OK.For the workout: these things are great. I was pleased to see that this model had a counter display so I could check steps against duration on the machine, but functionally the display is not a lot of use, being unreadable unless you stop exercising and take a look. So normally I set up a timer on my phone and then just check step numbers etc at the end. Fine if you're keeping a steady pace. It's quite amazing how much I felt this after the first time back up and exercising on a climber again. I use a kettlebell, go out on the bike and enjoy a rowing machine too, so hardly going from sofa spud to mountain climber in one go, but even so I was reminded I'd had a good workout the day after. These are great machines, low impact and no hassle for my knees, good range of movement - and adjustable so that Mrs. Dussen can have a go too. There doesn't seem to be much range in the price of these things: the market appears to range from 90 quid up to130 maybe, so this one is closer to the upper end. There then seems to be a jump up to 500 plus. But for the money I wanted to lay out for a new exercise machine, this seems to be a very good option. Will update if it flies to pieces in the next couple of weeks!

Excellent space saving design
The design is amazing the climber adjusts to fit most heights my 9 year old children use it & it's very easy to adjust. The design is compact & sturdy it is very good for exercise & lifting our mood during lockdown. I did have some problems when it 1st arrived so I contacted the company who responded quickly & were polite & helpful. The spare parts I required were supplied very quickly. Very easy to assemble the counter doesn't work so it would be better if it wasn't included in the design but overall I'm very satisfied with the climber due to it's design & the company's excellent customer service. It is also much more enjoyable than an exercise bike.

An excellent piece of kit. Highly recommended
I wanted a vertical climber as my physio had suggested this to quickly develop my abs and glutes to help with hip flexor issues. The first machine that arrived was unfortunately dented in transit. I contacted the company and they shipped another unit immediately and arranged for collection of the other one.The new unit arrived in perfect condition and was super easy to put together on my own. Itโs a well made and sturdy climber. Iโve done lots of workouts already (plenty to choose from on YouTube) and itโs a very intense workout in a short amount of time. I love this machine because you can decide how light or how hard you workout. The machine is easy to move around and folds flat in an upright position to store.Itโs a super nice piece of kit and seriously effective. The company were responsive and professional, helpful and thorough.I highly recommend them.
