These are a great size for me, as most protein shakers are way too big!Lid shuts tight and seems pretty leak-proof.I like having the ball shaker instead of the grid, as the grid ones seem to trap/waste a lot of your shake.You need to put your water/milk in first, otherwise your dry protein will get stuck in the bottom corners.

Perfect size and easily packed into my bag in comparison to larger shakers. Having two is quite convenient for anyone who stays between two places. I only marked this item down as it arrived a day late and I needed to make arrangements with a neighbour to receive the package. I would highly recommend this product.

great size, much better for me personally than the usual larger ones. It opens really easily as well, unlike different styles that I have previously purchased

Great products for mixing my shakes

Good size, doesn't leak, however the shaker ball makes the liquid taste metallic and the lid cap is quite hard to clean.

I like the size of these shakers, they fit in my bag. The ball helps to mix the drink well I would recommend them especially if you drink less than 500ml and don't want a large shake cup. They are sturdy and the lid clips down so that they don't spill in your bag. Overall very pleased.

I drink egg white protein as I have a dairy intolerance. The problem with the egg white protein is that if you shake too much it starts making meringue. This shaker removes all the lumps with minimum shaking so it's perfect for me. The size is also great, as I only need 300ml each time.
