Best Interdental brushes out there
My favourite brand of interdental brushes, size is perfect for teeth with no visible gap and gets a great clean between the teeth. There may be cheaper interdental brushes out there but I find them to be not as sturdy as Tepe and so in the end this brand turns out to be the best value for money as they last longer. I like to sniff the brush between cleans between the teeth until it comes out smelling neutral, for this reason I do not use the travel case head as I don't want to trap any water or bacteria, I prefer it to dry out between uses.

The only thing that works for me as my teeth are too tightly packed for dental floss.
My teeth are very tight together. So tight, in fact, that I find using floss extremely difficult, even hazardous when so much force is needed to get it between certain pairs of teeth that I risk burying it deep in the gums and never get it out again. Of course, having teeth tightly packed together doesn't make me completely immune against build-up of things between them – at least not at the base. And so it was that I discovered Tepe a few years ago, finding the angle ones first. My local supermarket stopped stocking the ones with an angle handle, and as the small ones are very hard to get in between the back teeth (my cheeks tend to get in the way), I have had to start buying them from Amazon. Even with the thinnest ones, I still struggle to get between some teeth, but at least this is far superior to any other interdental cleaning I have tried, and according to my dentist, last time I went there was no need for any scale or polish as I'd been using these regularly. After being pushed through variously shaped gaps between teeth, the twisting and bending they get subjected to – at least the poor Tepe brushes that have to get between my tight-set teeth – the thin metal core of the brush does break after a certain number of uses, which means I have to replace them regularly. Not a big deal, I think. It keeps them fresh and clean too not having to keep them for too long. Whatever I spend on these are easily saved in from just one smaller dentist's bill due to there being nothing for him to do.

Safe, Effective and Easy to Use
I first discovered TePe brand interdental brushes recently, when upon discussion with my dentist, he informed me that the previous interdental brushes I was using, which were metal (most are) may actually be doing more harm than good. Along the way I tried those little tree shaped white plastic brushes, but for me they are ineffective, uncomfortable and awkward, and dental floss, although great for close together front teeth, it does not seem to adequately clean between molars. So, it was onto the TePe Angles. Unfortunately, despite choosing the exact same size as my previous brand ones, there is obviously quite a marked variation in size between brands, so somewhat annoyingly these are my second purchase in a row of these in an attempt to get the correct size. I would really like to help prevent others from this mistake, but how do you measure a tooth gap?? All I can say, is that my teeth are pretty close together, as I had braces when I was younger so they have been “pulled together” so to speak. And for any of you who may have used Curaprox brand in the past, these are the approximate equivalent of their 0.6mm Turquoise size. As for efficacy – at age 39, touch wood, I’ve never had a filling or any other significant dental work, so I believe interdental brushes definitely do help. But obviously as one step of a careful and thorough dental care routine. When I first migrated from floss many years ago to interdental brushes, I loved the ease of use and the results. The TePe’s handle makes them so much easier to use, and the plastic coated bristles protect the teeth and gums. My advice to anyone who may be new to this type of product, is just go slow and be gentle – don’t force the brush anywhere. And if you have any teeth which are particularly close together / crossed over, use regular floss there instead. Best Uses : To reduce debris, plaque & gum issues from arising between dental appointments. Pros : Compact and portable, easy to use, very effective at removing debris, plastic coated wire is gentler on teeth and gums. Caution : These can be re-used (as per my Dentist), however I think it’s best to keep them as sterile as possible, so I soak them in mouthwash after use. Cons : Slightly pricey for a 6 piece disposable set. In summary : Safe & Easy to Use Interdental Brushes. Recommended. I hope you found my review helpful and would love for you to click “yes” if you did.

Work well, easy to use on back teeth.
I use these at the recomendation of my dentist, My back teeth are very close together but his wiggles inbetween nicely. I use some mouthwash to rise the bristles and they come with a little cap to store the one in use. So they are not use once, dispose. I'm pleased to see the last box arrived with out the plastic packing. No problem cleaning, usually a quick rinse is all that is needed. the handle makes it easy to use on the back teeth and along the sides and the core of the brush is very thin, springy metal so mving about between the teeth is easy. I have these on subscription and I think they are good value.

Good quality
The only interdental brushes I trust. I've used others that splinter or bend easily when used. These are perfect for in-between all teeth and the pink ones are great for tiny gaps. Cleans well and are still gentle with no sharp, poky wires. They are quite expensive compared to other brands but you get what you're pay for.

Longer lasting
Best on the market so far, last longer than other brands and much easier to use on back teeth.

important part of toothcare - long handle makes them easy to use
A few years ago now, I was recommended by my dentist to try interdental brushes. I am 60 years old and although I have not needed a filling for over 20 years, I have required several root-canal treatments and caps etc. The gaps between my teeth are of variable sizes. Some will trap a piece of dental floss and not allow it to move, and others are wider than doubled and knotted dental floss. Originally I tried possibly every brand of interdental brushes, including the short TePe ones, and in a range of sizes. Overall I find the Tepe brushes to be the best, in terms of ease of use and apparent effectiveness. These angled and long-handled brushes make it far easier to reach the molars etc towards the back of my mouth, and to brush from the inside of the teeth. As I have said, the spaces between my teeth vary, so I need to have a selection of these brushes available, although the sizes I use mostly are 0.40, 0.45, 0.5mm. There is a knack to using them - as far as possible you need to have the bristles as perpendicular to the space you wish to clean as you can get, and gently manipulate the brush into the space. If you feelno resistance at all - you might be using too small a brush. If the brush bends immediately, then you might be using too large a brush for that gap. If the brush part does get bent, it is a simple matter to straighten it between finger and thumb. Included in the pack is a small plastic cap that fits over the brush-end, and is used to protect the bristles once you have started using the brush. I find that these bristles are effective at cleaning between the teeth (according to my dentist and hygienist), and they do not seem harsh on the gums themselves. I do get slight bleeding occasionally - only slight and that is normal. I have a couple of sensitive spots and I often dab a bit of sensodyne toothpaste on the brush before cleaning between a particular pair of teeth. definitely recommended.

Very useful for my end teeth gaps
My last Hygienist visit recommended me to use these types of brushes to clean between my back teeth as it's very hard to reach using floss. It's much easier to use than small toothpick type once. They are of good quality however I've only used one for couple of days, so not sure how long they last. It's bit pricy, compared to some others but it's a reputable brand so hopefully will do the job properly. Hope this is helpful.
