Bought these for my 95 year old mother when her large home was converted to BT digital voice. Simple instructions and easy to set up. Sound is clear throughout the home. I used the BT adaptor and safety phone to set up a separate network that works at the same time and gives access to an EE sim card in the event of a power cut. Al in all a much better experience than expected.

Yes, very pleased. Do the job. Only one slight complaint and that is that the ringing out tone is very quiet. Certainly not as loud as our previous handsets even when it’s turned up.

Phones work ok now had to get on line assistance to get them operating. They sent out an item I had to pair with my router then unit was plugged into a wall power socket and phone cable plugs in top then the phones started working ok. Bit of hassle but well worth it. Person who assisted on line was very helpful,

I ordered this phone from Amazon.fr & it clearly came from the UK with only a UK plug on it. I needed the phone quickly & it was already delayed, so I will keep it as the phone is ok, but I am not impressed with this.

As this does not have Australian plugs so not worth buying. Pity, as it is a good price but a waste of time and energy.
