I use this when camping. Keeps items warm or cold. The cup holders are a nice touch. Bag is sturdy and folds flat.

I bought this for family days out and it does the job perfectly. I like that it can fold away if we aren't using it and it has extra pockets on the outside too.

The strap pad broke within a week. My only option was to return or replace with the postage at my own cost during Covid-19! A facility to lodge a complaint and discuss with someone might have helped.

I’m giving this item 3 stars as it is not quite as described. The first image the seller gives for this item is wrong (and on the packaging too!) If you want to get a sense of how big it is, look at the image where they have style the bag with the food. Also, the dimensions given are completely wrong!We will keep as the item seems sturdy enough, and folds down well. Can’t say what it’s performance is like yet as we haven’t tested it.Just thought if anyone was buying it based on what it looks like from the first product image, they should be aware that these images are not a true reflection of the item.

Tiene mucha capacidad, la utilizo para mantener refrigerado medicamentos (duodopa), para grandes viajes, utilizo 5 enfriadores y consigo el frio adecuado durante 15 horas. Me gusta porque tiene la base y tapa y se puede plegar.
