This is a godsend
Honestly, this stuff is liquid gold for lice busting. It is so effective and quick! By the time you have applied the solution to the entire head, all the lice have died and you can comb them out. I don't understand why some users have said this doesn't work - if used properly and applied thoroughly there is no way it won't work. You do need to saturate the hair completely and get in all over the scalp and include the ends. I need half a bottle for my 3 year old girl who has mid length hair. Unfortunately hair does look greasy even after a wash but it's a price I'm willing to pay. I would recommend 200%

Tried another well known brand recommended by the pharmacist after my twins got headlice, it did not work.A single search on amazon revealed this product and it worked wonders.We applied this treatment 3 times on the twins with each treatment being 6 days apart to totally get rid of the creepy crawlies..Even after the first round, twinnies never scratched their head again but its recommended by many doctors to repeat the treatment twice more 6 days to 7 days apart each time to rid the infected from these nasty creature.One thing to note is that we left the solution in their heads for double the recommended time as recommended 5 mins are simply not enough for it to be effective.Full Marks get my family's full marks for sure :)

Three simple steps to kill head lice and help eliminate their eggs. For adults and children from 2 years.
Step 1: Detection - the only way to confirm a head lice infestation is by finding a live moving louse on the head. This can be done with the specially designed Full Marks Detector Comb. Weekly detection is recommended for ongoing prevention. Step 2: Treatment - you should apply enough solution to cover the scalp and hair. First, comb through dry hair with a normal comb to remove any tangles. Shake the bottle and apply the solution to dry hair by applying the solution close to the root. Ensure the entire scalp and hair are fully coated with the solution. Massage in and leave on the hair for 5 minutes. Remember, if someone in the household has head lice it is recommended that all members are checked as head lice are spread by close head to head contact. Treating everyone with head lice on the same day will minimise the chances of re-infestation. Step 3: Removal - after 5 minutes comb through the hair using the fine metal toothed Full Marks Removal Comb provided to remove dead lice and any eggs.
Safety Warning
If the headlice solution comes into contact with the skin (other than the scalp) or the eyes, it can be washed away with warm water. However, if you experience any sensitivity, discontinue use and please tell your doctor or pharmacist who will advise you on the necessary action to take.

Avoid contact with eyes. For external use only. Do not use the comb if it is broken or the teeth are missing.
This is an oily liquid; care should be taken when applying the product, as it might make hard surfaces such as floors or baths slippery. You should protect clothing and upholstery with a towel as this product can stain fabric. Do not smoke or go near naked flames – risk of severe burns. Fabric (clothes, bedding, dressings etc) than has been inContact with this product burns more easily and is a serious fire hazard. Washing clothing and bedding may reduce product build-up but not totally remove it.
