Delivery was fast, no problem's.My husband an I are sampling these BCAA's and we have only been on them for a few days. However, I have noticed less muscle soreness and pain, my training motivation has improved especially when I ache all over. We will be buying again from same company. Always willing to support family run businesses especially those who support charities.
