CRAYOLA Washable Sidewalk Chalk (48ct), Bright and Bold Colours

Bought these for the little nieces and nephews. They loved drawing on the slabs in the back garden. Perfect for little hands with a variety of colours to choose from. Washes off easily with water m/rain

Great variaty of colours and good quality! Suitable for children (and adults!). It will probably last a while because there are so many. They do break and crumble a bit more than I would like. You can use it on the side walk or fences, it is pretty versatile. It does take a small amount of effort or 3 rainy days to wash it all away.

Vibrant and affordable. These are some really great chalks that my daughter and I love using together

Amazing selection of colours! Path drawings have a lot more detail to them now. Kids love them!

It is very enjoyable for the kids especially for this summer. Decent size so it lasts fairly long. Good value for price.

We bought this chalk in September 2024 - it’s currently March 2025 and this chalk is still going strong. Not only has it survived being used in that time but the actual chalk on the ground lasts for ages! We live in Scotland (where it rains A LOT) and this chalk has survived for weeks on the ground. Pretty epic. The first picture of Zog is from January and the second is from March! The colours are vibrant and look fantastic on the ground. Highly recommend and worth every £!

These pavement chalks are amazing. We got given a few remnants of the Crayola chalks in a flower pot by a neighbour as they’d been lying around in their garden for a few years, and I was amazed at the vibrancy of the weather worn pieces, and then how easily they washed off with just one bout of rain. I decided to buy some more. I realise these are very expensive compared to supermarket versions, but if your children enjoy this activity and you like a quick clean up, it’s probably worth the money. The colours are great, blendable and good for shading as you get several shades of each colour. Example colours are ‘Granny Smith’ and ‘Wisteria’. The name of the colours are embossed on the side. You also get colours not usually in pavement chalk - browns and grey. My only complaint is that they seem much cheaper in the US and the reason for the higher cost and lack of availability is that sellers are having to import them. If that’s so, then it’s a shame Crayola don’t sell them here.

Easily the best chalks I have ever purchased! And very reasonably priced. The grandkids love them. Haven’t tried washing their clothes yet, but it’s just chalk so I am sure it’s fine. Not gonna lie it was very satisfying when I lifted the lid to see all the colours! 😂🫶

子どもたちが楽しく使ってます。100円均一のより色が豊富で折れにくそうな太さで良かったです。

Good quality, love the colors and they are very thick so the kid won’t break them easily

When I ordered this as a present, I had no idea I was buying a three kilo brick of rainbow chalk sourced from the other end of the rainbow in Crayolaland. Word to the wise, 48 pieces makes for an awful lot of pieces of sidewalk chalk and probably required our mail carrier to take leave for his bum elbow. I didn't need to do arm day at the gym. My toddler thought I had just given him a Nobel prize and permission to eat as much cake as he could. I turned him loose on my back patio and gave him leave to be Banksy. He certainly loves scribbling and drawing in the driveway, on the sidewalk, and everywhere else he can find. Like a normal little boy, he can also become covered in chalk. The real burning questions are probably well answered, but I will affirm them. These are completely non-toxic. The dust will wash off practically anything, including ground into a pair of khaki shorts. The chalk doesn't shed dust as fast as other brands I've seen. Colours stay vibrant and brilliant, but won't resist a good rain or the hose. Fat pieces don't break easily. In short, Crayola did what Crayola is famous for, making a kid's colouring product that resists their grabby hands and destructive tendencies well. Parents can be glad they aren't investing in a new scribble on the garage floor for the next 10 years or an entirely new wardrobe because someone keeps painting his pants blue. These are durable bits of chalk that wear down to nubs rather gracefully despite vigorous scribbling. They also cover a surprising number of colours so the real adult Banksy in your family might be able to make the rest of you feel inconsequential because (s)he can turn out a political statement while your stick figures are parading around. No hard feelings, mysterious uncle. But, seriously, gift these to someone who has a lot of children (they can share) or a long driveway because sky is the limit with creativity and these are wonderful tools to get you there. Now get down and sketch too. It's fun!
