Not good for very sensitive skin, my face felt raw and went really flaky after only one use. And I didn't even leave it on for the full time. Maybe it's just my skin type though.

Started using this product on the advise of a treatment salon I use, it’s it as harsh as normal exfoliating products.Really like it and would recommend, last a while too.

I was getting facials done at a local spa and I kindly asked the esthetician what she was using on me. This enzyme peel was what she was using immediately during the facial. That is why I chose to buy this. Well, I've been using this product on my own since May 2018. It's been 1 year and a half and I applied it to my dad's face and my face 1x every other week (skipping July and August due to extreme sun conditions). I still have half the container left! A little truly goes a long way considering you apply it while your face is wet. When I first bought this, I was skeptical due to the price. But looking back, I am so happy I bought it! Looks like I won't need another one until 2021 at this rate!Also, I'm sure others have mentioned this (I didn't read any reviews), but the little applicator stick is amazing. I use it faithfully. It's nice to know and ensure that my product isn't harboring bacteria the way it would if I was using my fingers every so often!My skin is undoubtedly smooth, healthy, and glows more controllably (I have naturally oily skin and used to overproduce oil). If I remember, I will update this review with some pictures of my skin.

I stumbled on Pevonia a few years ago and just love it. I have extremely sensitive skin and used the pevonia roseacea line for quite a while. I have struggled with finding an enzyme or exfoliating treatment that doesn't leave me just raw with red skin. This is a very gentle enzyme cream mask, it doesn't have much of an odor, and it is so easy to use in the shower (jump in, let the steam work for a minute, put it on, let it sit for a couple minutes, rinse it off). This and the Pevonia C Complexe are the two skin care items I splurge on. I have tried philosophy, Kate Sommerville, Murad, Dermalogica, Burt's Bees - multiple higher end skin care lines and many from the drug store as well and this has worked the best for me and my sensitive skin. I would suggest this product to anybody. A little bit of this goes a long way so it lasts quite a while if using two times per week.

I can tell a definite difference in the appearance and texture of my skin. Be sure to use it properly (check the pevonia website if you need to or talk to your aesthetician). I just bought my second jar. I use it every 2 or 3 nights. When I first bought it I used it once or twice and didn't feel like it made a difference, but after a facial and learning how I'm supposed to use it, and using it regularly, it has become a permanent step in my routine. I love it and highly recommend it. By the way, I have oily/sensitive skin.

Not really a mask, since it doesn't work by sitting on your face. I watched the video on the pevonia website, so I applied it exactly as directed (water and rubbing activate enzymes). I wasn't impressed, and my face really needed exfoliation. I think it did something, there was no tingling or stinging. Won't buy again, probably won't even finish the tub.

I had such high hopes. I don't see how this cream can be considered a peeling cream. It smells great, dries like a mask but I don't see any peeling or skin turnover and I'm using it regularly. Pretty high price for something that just smells good.
