Good looking fan and easily fitted. Fairly quiet with a nice light and good extraction.

Great fan and led, looks brilliant, very easy to install if replacing an older one, night light LED bright enough not to use main light.Bit expensive but looks the part.Down side, only been installed for 6 months and LEDs went dim took it apart to find the resistor burnt out on the lighting circuit board.On reading other reviews, these have issues burning out other resistors aswell to the point of ignition, this however was not smoking but had burnt out.I have written an email to the manufacturer and heard back very quickly, Sterr were very helpful and came back to me straight away, I sent an email of the damaged resistor an they sent me new pre wired circuit board to replace arrived in 5 days, fitted and working fine again. Excellent customer service

ok people say its noisy , sounds pretty good to me, timer wont work, ummm yes it does , i wired it up straight away it worked and timer was on 2 minutes as stated in booklet so unsure as to why people say it wont work, maybe wired wrong or ordered one without timer by mistake.light not bright??? .it's not meant to be bright it is decorative ,thats why you have bathroom lights, some people are never happy,bottom line isquiet? you can probably get quieter but it is fine to me ,timer works just order the right one and wireing is easy,bright lights??? sorry not a disco gives off a nice glow and i have bathroom lights to see what i am doing.would i recomend this fan? only installed it an hour ago but yes looks nice , will do what it says

The fan is low is noise and works great for a hot steamy shower bath also looks great visually I have severe OCD so this was perfect for my aesthetics...

Despite reviewing previous comments for this product I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt in relation to it's durability.Although the product was simple to install, the product became faulty within 3 weeks of installation. The item was not used excessively as the property was not vacant for 2 weeks until after install. (So product was only really used for a maximum of 1 week intermittently when bathroom was being used when property became vacant).As per my own experience and from other person's reviews this items durability would not appear to be up to a quality standard for any durability, this has not only caused an inconvenience to myself but also to my tennant who now has to have a window open during cold weather to allow steam to disapate from the bathroom as not to cause damp and mould.Zero starts would have been given but this is not an option. As per my review and others I would not buy.I can comment that Amazone have granted a refund and where very helpful. Thank you Amazon.

Seems to work ok. Expensive for a no-timer fan

Took a while before I was ready to have this installed. I can now review.My plumber had no trouble installing this.It looks very neat and tidy once installed. The LED lighting is more decorative than functional - not especially bright. However it is sufficient to light a small bathroom that would otherwise be pitch black.The fan is quiet in operation. Not silent but, for example, quieter than the sound of water filling a bath.I like it and would buy again. I feel it's major selling point is it looks good.

This is for the PIR+timer version of the fan...1) Beware this fan is pre-wired. You need to have enough space behind the ceiling for a terminal box. Not necessarily a given when replacing typical UK fans which have terminals inside the fan.2) The glass cover snaps into place via the same holes that you fix the fan to the ceiling with. So if you need any different fixings to the skinny screw/plug set they supply, you risk the screw heads preventing the cover from clipping into place.

The humidity tank works very late, the mirrors are no longer visible, but the fan is silent, as is the product support. I'll send it back. very bad
