Great for my hair!
I have been meaning to write a review for a long time. I have used this for a few years now and the very noticeable effect I get is the difference it makes to my hair. Within weeks my damaged hair is shiny and healthy looking. Over the years I have had a break from taking them and tried a different brand and each time within a few weeks my hair has lost it's shine and appeared very dry. I do not notice much difference to my skin but it's worth taking it for the change to my hair. I couldn't live without it!

Great for dry hair
I purchased this product, in the hope it would help with crepey skin around the knees - Can’t say I’ve noticed much difference but only on second month. What I will say is that the condition of my hair is absolutely amazing. Always had relatively dry hair, so conditioners a MUST, however, this little vitamin is better than any conditioner I’ve ever used. Don’t think I could be without this product, nowthat I’ve stumbled upon it!

Excellent
Brilliant. You have to stick with them for 3-4 months but the results are amazing. My boyfriend has been using them for his eczema and his skin hasn't looked so good.
