I have been using Nutridmart worlds phytoceramides for just over two months now and I am lost for words at how amazing they are! I'm a 31yr old single mum to a 1 and 3 year old so I was really feeling like lack of sleep and time to eat aaa healthy diet all the time was effecting my skin. I have been taking these for six weeks and have noted a definite improvement in texture of my skin, and I think age spots are beginning to fade. I will definitely be carrying on with these.

I purchased phytoceramides and was taking them for 4 months and did notice an improvement to my skin, particularly the skin on my feet no longer being so dry. Another benefit was that my hair had lots of new, thicker regrowth sprout up. I was also taking a multivitamin supplement and so as an experiment came off the phytoceramides for 2 months. What a mistake!!! My hair became much drier (almost like straw) and all the skin on my hands and feet started drying up just like before. I am really pleased in a way, because phytoceramides definately have had a big enough impact on my skin. I got breakouts on my face too, so I will be taking these again as my skin, hair and health need them. I also experienced a loss of firmness and noticed how quickly my skin had started to sag underneath my chin and so I will definately be using these again and again!!! I am a skeptic and am very aware of scams but I cant scam myself when I can see that my poor feet were so much smoother and became like leather once I had taken out the phytoceramides.

This is an amazing product that has made my face fuller and more youthlooking. I have now been taking them for 5 months but noticed a real difference after only a few weeks. It's plumped out wrinkles on the face and made the saggyness appear less prominent. A weird thing though is that I haven't noticed any of these benefits at all on the body though where my skin is extremely dry due to eastrogen reduction. Recently I have been applying vitamin c serum to speed up the collagen production and to get an even better effect of the phytoceramides. I have been in the beautyibusiness for many years and have been using the most exklusive skincare products on the market but nothing has even come close to the results of this product, So I believe in building the skin from the inside rather than topical creams and would recommend these to all women over 35.

I have just ordered my third supply on the basis that most supplements will take at least 3 months to work. I have not noticed any improvements so far, I have mild excema patches and itchy skin and am 65. I would wecome any comment from Nutrismart as I won't be ordering again if there is no noticable improvement after 3 months.
