Very low sound quality and no bass in sound.Everything is good but HyperX Disappoints me in Sound Quality I expected more from this well known company…For me not suggestible headphone to others.

I like the sound and mic quality.However, I faced 2 major issues.1. Untrustworthy mute.The click you hear when turning and muting your mic is not the click of the button that mutes your mic, it's a mechanically simulated click that is supposed to work simultaneously when the arm pushes the actual button.It took me a few days to realize that the physical mute on my mic is no longer working. How would I know if I keep hearing the click? Very untrustworthy design.2. Volume wheelThe volume wheel is very fragile. If you're the kind of person who could knock the headphones here and there a few times(a normal person), expect it to behave weirdly.It started crackling and straight up muting L-R while turning, just after a few months of usage.

As expected from HyperX, this is high end quality product.Pros:- Sound quality is magnificent.- Mix functionality is working well too, unlike previous mentioned reviews about the swivel to mute feature.- Gaming wise, it's surround audio along with the DTS Headphone X offer makes it sound 8dCons:- A bit large in size and a little heavy.That's the only con I can think of as now.

Not compatible for mobile… (3.5 jack) not getting clear foot steps and facing mic issues for ios device… for pubg… dont consider this… the volume controller is facing with issues

So i ordered this product because I wanted to have a decent MIC for my work from home job as am suggest to be on calls more, as well as for gaming donnot expect this headphones for music you won't get that good bass which you wanted, but as for microphone quality it's worth it, really good microphone and good while gaming as well, it's wired don't think that it will be wireless and DTSX software idk how to use it so can't drop any review for that part, Else if you wanted to have a headphones for long gaming and meeting sessions you should have thisnone. It's lightweight and am writing this review after a week of use.
