Great product

Bit cumbersome to use & spare pads not easy to come by. Customer service at Beldray suggested I search B & Q for one. Very 21st century attitude !

It does not absorb well, leaves pieces of the white fabric where you use it and it is not possible to remove all the water from the mop everytime you use it.

Can’t fault it

Perfect for our wet room. Squeezes out well. Easy to use and rinse.

Stay away from this Product! To start off with: I bought this sponge mop along with 2 twist mops and the seller was wise enough to pack&dispatch them in separate big boxes which where 97%filled with cardboard. (1 box alone could easily fit 30 mops). I am mentioning this because the postage was very very expensive !!The product itself is made of the cheapest grade Chinese plastic you can imagine. Yes it looks really solid and does the job perfectly well, but the seller forgot to include in the product description that this mop is disposable! - 1-time use only!! On the 2nd morning i wanted to mop my bathroom and the instant i pull the handle to squeeze out the water, the plastic snapped off & I didnt even reach half-way thru the squeeze! Incredible!! Stay away from this mop, on day 2 it ends up in the dumpster. Its with products like these we polute our planet!

Mine came... without the sponge. Just the handle. I'm assuming that isn't supposed to happen. If it is, I feel cheated. No idea yet how good the mop is because I now need to go out and buy the sponge.
