.I have a normal 1080p gaming projector with a rubbish 3000 hour lamp life which I think twice about using. But for older PS2 and xbox360 games one only needs 720p and this projector should last a decade!! The price is incredible and I have finished one fast shooting game with this projector and can confidently say I didn't notice any input lag. They tell you it's designed for moving pictures in a dimly lit room rather than sharp text so use it for games and you will be happy. Otherwise pay 3 times the price for a short life lamp projector or about ten times more for a laser projector..

Lamp projectors still have a place. For direct sunlight or bright daylight LED is not quite their yet, but that day is not far away.This is an entry level projector so do not expect professional grade optics or anything like that. However for PUB and Club use in reduced lighting it is ideal. When you get this projector you are advised to go into the picture menu and set it up as you wish in a totally dark room. Then with some artificial lights on you can adjust the brightness to compensate. The cooling fan is not that noisy but I suspect that it may not be suitable for continuous use in very hot and humid rooms. I site these now on long term lease as the lamp projectors I used to purchase never lasted more than a year before the noise and vibration of a busy pub destroyed them.Entry level LED projectors like this are lasting over 2 to 3 years or three times as long with regular maintenance in Bars and Clubs where 12 hour sessions showing a mix of Sports and HD Music Video tracks are the norm. Image was as bright as a professional Optima HD500 unit costing 3 times more. Considering the hours these units clock up, servicing them twice a year is a very small price to pay for me.I now have 6 of these entry level LED units out on hire and one (HDX A60) is now 4 years old. Each new generation of these LED projectors seem to get better. So for domestic use they should be just fine.But be warned, if you live in a hot country like Malta, you MUST look after the cooling filters, heat exchanger fins and Fans at least twice a year or the projector will be damaged by overheating. Pictures were taken at a angle to not block the projector beam, and a cream matt wall was the screen. Results would be a lot better from a proper projection screen and not the wall. NOTE this is not a true HD projector but does handle standard HD outputting it at 1280 x 720 Pixels. I would personally go for the X99 model as for small change it has a far better cooling system.

Can i send this product back it says its 4500 Lumen and its not very bright we have ordered 2 x 3300 Lumen projectors in the past couple of weeks and they are very bright there must be a fault with the other one. We bought this in April and have hardly used it.Look forward to your replyKind regards Stuart Jackson

Excellent product. High quality picture, even in a bright room or in low light outside.A bit noisy though, so would recommend projecting from behind the screen, away from viewers.

The internal fan is really noisy when in use

The projector works well and has been used several times. Although we haven't used it much in daylight, it looks like it will do well. It's easy to set up and operate and takes a good variety of inputs and media. The audio level is very useable and the fan noise is minimal and hasn't caused us an issue. For the money, this is a really good buy.

Amazing bit of kit for the price.POSITIVES - great picture (not really HD quality, but perfect for us for small cinema room at home). Excellent various options for inputs, although the usb I still haven't managed to sort. See below. Price - for what you're paying you won't find too many other options for this quality.NEGATIVES - USB data view (images/video what I wanted) - really difficult to figure out. Its a bit weird and doesn't recognise anything properly. No instructions either.Brightness - if you have windows in the room - put a blind or curtain up. Unless its nighttime you will struggle to see it. We typically use in evenings anyway so all good. Noise - its quite a loud fan, but as soon as you are using it for video/TV/gaming anything you soon lose any awareness of it. It only really is noticeable if you use it to play low level audio volume.Biggest negative - the internal speakers suck. Make sure you install external speakers. It sounds like a mobile phone audio from 2001. Use proper speakers.

its much better than our previous projector, we use it instead of a TV. Great picture quality, very clear image. we also love that you can adjust the screen size, the extra lumens make an excellent picture and its also very bright, just like a real TV
