Always read the label
Works too well I think I overdid it with the two weeks of consuming creatinine I was consuming upto 25grammes a day along with protein shakes at the end I was huge I stopped taking the creatinine and gradually came back to my normal size not for me at this time will use it when I need to it’s been over 6 months and I have not used it

Tried and tested, probably one of the best and most researched bodybuilding supplements around.. Definitely feel a difference with my recovery and strength gains when taking this. 1kg lasts forever too!

Have used this Creatine brand before, with good results for what is meant to do. Very satisfied by Universal products, each time when using. Arrived on time; good delivery conditions. It is exactly what we wanted to get. Thank you.

No results
Fast delivery and packaging was fine. Feel no benefits from taking this product before and after each workout for the last 2 weeks. Muscles have been worked hard which has promoted a lot of doms but no results in terms of size, strength or power. I will continue to take this product for anoth 4 weeks and see how I get on but normally I can tell a good product from two weeks of consuming. Probably stick to cheaper brands of creatine in future as I have been told apparently does the exact same thing. Will see. I hate giving low feedback on a good sounding product however I have to be honest.
