My Fiance and I have a porridge pot every morning. Oats, and a few different seeds. I was adding some different powders for extra protein and bulking the porridge, some of them had a bitter aftertaste or added colouration to the porridge, This has neither! This has a very pleasant flavour and no bitterness. It's incredibly high in protein content and works really well for what we use it for. I think this will become our go-to brand for breakfast porridge!

I add this to everything I can think of to up our (low) protein intake and it works well, I feel more alive for it, and the only caution I would gie it that it can cause a bit of a lumpy texture in soupls if added as an after thought

I am new to protein powder. I'm trying to lose a bit of weight, but would like to be able to have something tasty each day to stop me eating sweets. I'm mixing 20-30g of this powder with a blend of 200ml almond milk and cold water, with some cocoa powder and a bit of liquid sweetener. A quick blitz and you have a lovely chocolately milk shake which fills you up. Being lactose intolerant I was worried that whey protein would affect me, which was why I tried this "vegan" pumpkin seed product. Whether it will help me lose weight is yet to be discovered, but it's worth a try. I'm 53 and losing weight is no longer easy. In fact it's nigh on impossible.

I intended to use this product to help with my overall diet plan. As our family are vegetarians we wanted a product that met our protein requirements . I have been taking for a few weeks now and in order to give an accurate review we have to look at what we wanted to resolve or help with. This woud be great product if not hudge salt content. I mixed it with austrian pampkin to reduce saltiness. BUT this salt content made me suspicious that it can not be organic product. What tipe of soil has got such huge salt content? Only Chinese.. How you can trust Chinese soil?
