I've been taking these for about 2- 3 weeks now and I am really pleased with the results on my skin. I took them to help manage some of the symptoms of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), namely problematic skin. My mother just stopped me in the hallway and said, 'Have you noticed how clear your skin has been for the last couple of weeks? Like seriously. What's going on?'It's great to know that I'm not the only one seeing the change. After telling her about these tablets, she tried to steal mine so I'm going to have to buy her a bottle of her own.I'm very pleased with the product.

Good dosage and price but security seal broken.
Having purchased Innopure supplements in the past I was aware of the good quality and reasonable pricing of their items. Therefore I decided to order their Omega-3 and although I am happy with everything else (dosage, price, packaging...) I am a bit disappointed by the fact that the security seal is not intact and makes me uncomfortable taking this pills. I am quite sure it's just an accident though, as all the other products from them were fine except this one.

Huge improvement in my hair
I've been taking Biotin for a while and after some research online I thought that it might be beneficial to start taking fish oil as well. After just about a month my hair is softer, shinier and overall feels amazing. Innopure has a great company ethos and incredible products. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Replaced naproxen for inflammation related pain
Helped so much with pelvic inflammation.I was I tears couldn’t sleep in my bed and neither make turns. My pelvis was inflamed and would cause me agony if I moved. But since taking these I feel like I’ve recovered. I also don’t need to take naproxen.

Fab, best fish oils.
These were a great price and as I do not eat fish these are perfect for me to get my Omega intake quickly cheaply and most important I dont get that fishy breath or burps!! Im really happy with them plus my skin likes them. its definitely softer and less red so im chuffed. Thank you.

i bought this for a friend who is a disabled doctor. he cant tell the difference between this and other well known brands. happy with purchase as friend liked it and good for the price as it was much cheaper then other brands.

Not as advertised. Only half the strength.
I used to buy 1000mg capsules in a well-known value supermarket but wanted to increase my intake of Omega 3. I bought these because they were advertised as 2000mg. After taking one I glanced at the label and noticed that 1 serving = 2 capsules. Yep, each capsule only contains 1000mg. What a con.
