Razor Power Core E100S Electric Scooter

The first one I was sent had a problem with the battery and just wouldn't work; however Amazon were really helpful in sorting out a replacement. The second one works as expected. It is a bit noisy (my work colleagues say it's like hearing the TARDIS before Dr Who arrives!) but it is helping me commute the short distance to and from work each day whilst I'm suffering from an illness.I would say that I'm at the top end of the weight limit, and much heavier when I'm carrying my heavy work handbag, and it does cut out on steep hills but that is to be expected as I'm asking too much from a child's scooter. It does feel like I'm speeding along on the flat though. I would say that the hand break isn't very effective and I tend to just take my hand off the throttle and put my feet down to stop. I charge it every 2-3 days and it never takes more than a few hours for the charger to go from red to green, so I wouldn't let the '12 hour' time to charge put you off.Overall it's really helping me out at a time of need. If it's for a child I would say to make sure that they're tall enough to put their feet on the floor from the seated position - my seven year old nephew tried it and scared me half to death as he had no control!

Scooter is no good at all for use around on pavement as after the second time my done used it the motor was making a horrid noise and you would think he had taken it off road the state the thin rubber strip was on the back wheel returned for a refund as this needs fully smooth surface to run on or it will just break imo

the first didn't arrive but Amazon made all it's possible to send me the second. The second didn't charge the batteries and Amazon made all it's possible and sent me a third one.Finally i got the 3rd one. It charges and works fine. A bit dificult to do close curves as battery is very close of ground due to small wheels. Back wheel is not as soft as front one and a bit noisy.

Arrived quickly, well packaged, charged up and worked fine for approximately 4 weeks, it started to become noise and then stopped working, my grandson has a stand on razor which is a lot more well made and has lasted him two years and still working fine, he wanted the sit on because he's not good on hes legs he has cerebral palsy, I'll look elsewhere for a sit on.

The build quality is OK but the power delivery makes riding it dangerous. It’s binary - full power or nothing. I would pay a bit more and buy something with a proper throttle (from standstill).

The first scooter didn’t work at all after 12 hours of charging and the replacement worked for 10mins then also failed to work.We purchased the “Wired XL” instead it was half the price and much better to use as the throttle is easier to control so you don’t have to drive full speed everywhere.Sorry razor but I wasn’t impressed at all.

Do not buy this item I have had to they work at 1st then when you try and charge them they don't charge please look for altunative
