Do not buy! Great product with bare minimum after sales support
I had initially rated this product five stars since it was working flawlessly. However, within three months, issues started creeping up. First, the charging station started to flip between on and off state every 15-20 seconds interval. I replaced the adapter with a brand new 20W adapter and changed my power outlet but the problem remained. Next, the non-mag safe charging point stopped working entirely, and then the mag safe charging point for the phone started to drain my battery rather than charge it. Currently, only the Apple watch charging point is working flawlessly.When I contacted support, they asked for a video of the issues, and when I did send it across, they wanted me to send the defective piece for troubleshooting at my own cost to their company office. Even then, there is no guarantee of product replacement or repair. I expected that a company of this stature would probably send out a package containing a replacement product and ask for re-packaging of the defective one within the same box to them again, with the company bearing the expenses, but now I probably have to spend somewhere around 1k INR for replacing a product worth 4.5k INR.

Great product! Can charge it much faster than other wireless chargers!!
It wirelessly charges two smartphones(including iPhones) faster @15W including a smart watch simultaneously at superfast speed. I love it. I have one in office, 1 at home and 1 in my bag.

Poor quality and difficult to use
Phone has to be kept at very specific site and even with slight movement charging stops

The media could not be loaded. Quality product i liked it very much 3-1 charger this will ease our charging problems and best thing is wireless
