Pretty fine headset, but check the connectors will work for you
I use this for Skype Business calls, and it works well, especially for the price. However be warned that it connects to your PC with two plugs -- one for the headphones and one for the mic, so if your laptop or device has a combined single headphone/mic plug, you'll need either an adapter or another headset. Most desktop PCs have separate plugs, so I leave it at my desk and use a different USB headset with my laptop.Quality is good, mic works well. The wires do get in the way, and it's not the most comfortable for prolonged use (I wouldn't use the headphones to listen to music, for example), but for a few hours of calls per day, it's more than fine.

Best Headset ever used................So far
I really wanted to go wireless but sadly bluetooth on my work hybrid is very lo-fi. So after an exhaustive search found this. The seller was really fast - delivery despite covid-19 drama - was within 2 days. The item has in line sound control which is a plus as well as to jack points - I need to read the manual as not sure how. Just used this on an MS Teams and it really cleaned up a lot of background hiss from my end. Can't say the same for some of my colleagues. Of all the headsets used so far this one's already a keeper.............Until the next thing comes along and blows this out of the water. But I dont want to splash out for at least another 5 years so that takes care of that

Works well, a bit clunky with an adapter
Fits OK but I find the cord to be a very very long (I keep it wrapped up). I bought because my cellphone headset wasn't clear enough on voice calls. You have to buy an adapter (mic + sound into 3.5mm) if you don't have both inputs in your computer, which makes it more bulky. This headset would be a great, light headset if it was one cord (not split into sound/voice). But calls and my voice are clear.

Good sound, very portable but might be too big for small heads.
I was looking for a portable wired headset and after a lot of searching decided on this one. Sound and mic quality are both great, but the headset is a little big for my head - it takes a bit of adjustment to get the earpieces to sit on my ears and they never feel very secure.

Needs microphone jack so useless for laptops
Note the connector is not USB and will require a 3.5mm microphone and headphone jack. Like my laptop you may not have an microphone jack either rendering this useless for laptops.

Three Stars
Once I added a connector (didn't realise it was separate microphone and headphone plugs). Works well now.

I like to have a spare
I have ordered a number of these headsets over the years for myself and my partner - normally I'd be recommending them. They last approximately a year or so (we use them a lot) and since something will eventually break on them (volume in one ear, or the microphone), but they're fairly inexpensive, I like to have a spare. I just removed one I bought in August 2014 from its packaging because the LX-2000 I'm currently using microphone stopped working. This new, unused, straight from its original packaging LX-2000's audio is broken. Can't even return it since you only have a month to do so. Thanks for nothing.

Works, but but gives me earache
earache is not because of the quality of the headset but rather it's design. it sits very poorly over the ears - you have to get the positioning _exactly_ right, and it's too easy to accidentally pull on the lead which makes them fall off.
