The best I've used so far definitely would buy this make again grt quality and way btr than I thought as you can leave it anywhere upside down in the car etc lol full of hot or cold drinks not a drip whatsoever working in the building game it's had it's fair share of falls and knocks you could say ive put it thro the test probably more than the manufacturers, solid workmanship at its sheer best

I've got 2 of the large ones (710ml or 24 Oz US), and 2 of the smaller ones. They've been practically faultless, with only a couple of minor niggles.1) the inner gasket can come out with over vigorous brush use or if you leave some sticky sugary drink in there for too long. Then it is a bit of a fiddly pain to get back in.2) one of the lids has seen the snapseal rubber or silicone thumb piece deteriorate. Might have gone in the dishwasher which could explain it as the others have proven perfectly robust.I've bought a neoprene caddy with a strap to carry it over my shoulder on occasion but normally it either lives on my desk or in the side pocket of my bag.No hesitation in recommending to others or buying a replacement if one of them gets lost or is damaged beyond use.

This is the biggest and best travel mug that I could find. No more Baristas over-filling my mug and handing me a coffee covered sticky mug. For that alone it's worth the money. It keeps your drink hot for a long time so I would suggest adding some cold water if you plan on filling it with coffee in the morning and drinking it before lunchtime.

Leak proof, easy to clean and keeps hot for 10+ hours. Perfect size too, I'd say 2/3 standard cups.

this is a proper thermos. 6h hot, afterwards just warmish. very good quality, unbreakable, dropped it many times, only dented, but still leakproof. the inner seal ring from the lid has a tendency to fall out when washing the cup. would be nice if it would be possible to buy inner seal rings separately, once i lost the seal ring and it was catastrophic. the mug doesn't work without it.

I lost my first Contigo Byron 20Oz Mug over a month ago and I did not hesitate to purchase another one. This time, I bought the 24Oz (tall looking mug). Excellent mug. Surprisingly light on its own with any drink in it. Even after comparing this mug with other similar ones within its range, I was drawn back to this Contigo Mug. No hype, just a very functional mug. Careful if you are the type that likes to shake your hot beverage well before popping that lid open, this could be harmful, especially with the 24Oz mug... be warned!!

I only use Contigo travel mugs, I find them the best. Keeps the drink hot for hours! I had a small issue as did arrive a bit dented on the base but the customer service was amazing and my problem was resolved fast.

The product came quicker than anticipated which is always a bonus. I made a coffee at 6am and still at 10am it was warm!! This has to be hands down the BEST travel mug I have come across. Would 100% recommend!
