Thin, light and very bright! These LED boxes are much better than the old bulb boxes you've seen elsewhere. They're pretty portable too: You could slip it into a portfolio folder to carry with you.You can adjust the intensity of the light by holding the power button down. There's a little ruler (in cm) engraved along the top and left edges, which light up with the board.The A3+ package comes with the light box, the power supply, rubber feet to tilt it up slightly, and metal clips to hold your paper in place.The plug is wired with a 2 metre cable, which is not bad: If you want to extend your reach further like I did, you'll need an extension cable that's 3.5mm x 1.35mm DC Barrel Jack (Male to Female). Newer models of this light box have a Micro USB socket instead.

This is great. It feels professional, coming from Wacom's main rival. It's a proper piece of drawing kit. Solid, heavy, hard-wearing. I've barely used it yet but just love having it around. To look at and even use as a lamp haha. It's great but I wouldn't recommend the upgraded A3+ kit. Just stick to the standard A3 one and save yourself the £10. The feet don't actually attach to anything and probably pose more of a risk than any benefit.. The tracing paper is..really not worth it. Vellum is cheap as anything and would be packaged a lot better. However, the light box itself is amazing. Consistent, solid and bright light spread evenly across the whole surface. Also the sides are open and light seeps out them which creates a soothing ambience.

This is perfect!! Exactly as described. It has several brightness setting. It's lightweight. It's completely smooth and paper almost grips to it when drawing which is really good, you dont want your paper slipping around if you're drawing something detailed. Plus it comes with a clip to secure your paper to the light pad. It's really bright but wouldn't say it was bright enough if you wanted to draw something really detailed on something thick like a canvas. Anything thinner than that it would work Incredibly well!! I noticed it got quite warm after using it for an hour so just turned it off for 10mins while I got a coffee and it was fine to use again.Perfect for a tattoo artist, Architect or Animator etc.I'm really happy with it, I use it all the time.

Bought as a gift and after reading numerous reviews I decided to purchase this one as it is larger than A3 and can be dimmed and has feet. It was one of the best presents I have given as it has been used everyday since Christmas and works really well. There is plenty of work area to prevent curled up pages, the light dims at the touch of the power button and the lead it comes with it a reasonable length. For any budding art student, manga or cartoonist it is great, but I have also used it for making cards. It is lightweight and slimline so it can be stored easily and the surface is of good quality and lovely and smooth. I purchased some clips to hold down the paper as none come with this product, just in case you are not the artist buying it! Very good product at a competitive price and great delivery and wrapping too. Have recommended and will buy again.

Superb.Have had to add little rubber pads to the underneath as is will slip and slide about if you use it flat.And I wish the button for increasing and decreasing the light was on the side as it responds to any part of your skin touching it... So it's turned itself off a few times at crucial moments whilst I've been doing some tricky pen work and my forearm accidentally touched it! But my goodness, it's light and portable and so, so much better than the old-school box light box. I love, love, love it. I highly recommend.

Have used this for over a year now and my only criticism is that it needs extra pads in the middle on the underside.If you try and use a solid scale rule on top of it it bends and makes a gap so I stuck extra pads on and its fine.Other than that its great and good value.

My wife uses the light board for tracing the outline of images. It is very well made, stylish, slim and lightweight.Adjustable light levels are handy but the image appears much brighter if you can block out the daylight or turn off any artificial light source. All in all a great product and I would have no hesitation in recommendingthis product

This is a fantastic product that does the job perfectly. I researched thoroughly, as I have never had one before and had no idea what to buy. I chose this based on reviews from a large number of people, and comparing with other brands and their reviews.This one was clearly the most highly rated, and with good reason.This will make my life much easier re embroidery and toy patterns, and I'm delighted with it. I also have a couple of Huion clips for securing paper and fabric to the light box.
