Easily absorbed and great value
I loved these and recommended them to loads of friends - they've been super nicely absorbed by my body and I felt a difference within the first week of taking them. Fantastic value too as it would've cost me 10x having to buy everything separately.

Very large and makes my pee bright yellow but worth it. I only take one a day & not the three recommended on the bottle but that’s enough for me to feel the benefit.

The size of the tablets does not bother me at all, I find them easy to swallow and digest, excellent high quality product from Solgar, as always. I have been taking their vitamin and health supplements for 15 years from my local health store initially before they were stocked nationally. As a health and fitness coach I can recommend them highly.Please don't go out of stock, I can only assume popularity is causing this! Still taking them 18 years on. ❤️❤️❤️

Excellent, but three a day too much.
I had to stop taking this tablet 3 times a day, broke out in acne across neck and face. That is the problem with multi vitamins as often you get too much of a couple of ingredients, but then need the boost from all the remaining vitamins and minerals. However, I am still benefitting from one tablet a day and see quite an improvement so am very happy. I will buy it again

She's smiling again
This really works. Moods are stabilised. Flushes and irrational thoughts are minimal and the old girl is enjoying life again. She swears by this product and so do I. Life is easier when she's on it hence why I bought her this second bottle.Bit of a confusion over its Iron content. The label on the bottle says no Iron but the Amazon page has iron listed in it!She has an intolerance to iron but hasn't had any I'll effects so far.

Too large to swallow
Have tried to take these a number if times but the size is huge. I am used to taking large prescription tablets but these are about twice the size of a regular paracetamol and yesterday it got stuck and made me retch. Disappointingly by the time I tried them it is too late to return so wasted my mone
