Great little game to distract your child from a screen for an hour or so a day!
My 7 year old son loves it!As a strong advocate of finding new games and things to do away from a video game console, this was a fun and easy game for us to play together.2-4 players can quickly start playing with a quick instruction of the rules.Essentially you start the game with a fat chocobo each which is used to "hunt" other cards blindly from opponent's deck.You also get 4(?) cards dealt each which will either be a regular chocobo (same as fat, but allows multiple chain hunts or another turn if successful), a monster card (defence card, if someone hunts your Ahriman they must show you their hand, if they hunt a bomb you can blindly remove one of their cards and add it to the bottom of the deck), or one of the 4 element crystal cards Fire/water/wind/earth which the game is aimed at.To win a game, you must either obtain one of each crystal type, or 4 of the same element card.There is an expansion deck available which adds more monsters, but I have not yet tried this.Recommended!

It' looks great on the shelf
We have not had chance to play a full game of this yet. The instructions are provided in the original Japanese and English, both languages we understand, but these instructions we do not.It' looks great on the shelf, as I love Chocobos and Final Fantasy, but my son still wants to play it.If we learn how to play it, we will produce a video, and post it here (if).
