Very practical purchase !
Bought to drill through a random stone wall to secure a wall light outside the front door. Absolutely no problem, the drill was solid and sharp and did the job in seconds. For the price this was a really good buy will use many times !!

I chose to write about these because they are good in some ways and bad in others. Good wearing and tough for the job. You need a bit of weight to your drill to obtain the best results. No problem with the bits. Just the new battery drill. without enough weight they do not perform as they can. You require a good hammer drill to make these work at their best.

Complete waste of money
Abysmal quality wont drill bricks very dissapointed. Same on you Makita for selling such Cra#. 4 bits destroyed drilling 2 holes yet a cheap 1.99 bit drilled 20 with plenty of life left in it.

Excellent value & quality
Excellent quality, I was about to buy several of the most common drills used on regular basis and stumbled upon these.I'll only use certain one's (5.5mm, 6mm & 7mm) but the added bonus of a sturdy case is brilliant.

Excellent Quality Bits
These are some of the best masonry bits I've used. Drilled standard 8mm holes, but also very small holes, and the smaller bits have stood up as well so far. Wish Makita did a wood bit set as well.

Who doesn't like a nice set of bits? All shapes and sizes and easily accessible... Great to have your bits close to hand whenever you need to get access to them
