12 Inch Shower System with 6 Body Jets, Rain Shower and Handheld Spray, Wall Mounted Shower Faucet Set with Thermostatic Valve and Trim Kit, Matte Black

This is an honest unbiased review. I needed some assistance from the company and they immediately responded to my inquiry. They went beyond assisting me with the shower system. I have the matte black 6 jet wall mount system. The shower was well packed and appears to be very high quality. The jets are a nice size with rounded edges, the 12” shower head is thin and compact. The valve looks like it’s also made well in a plastic housing. The faceplate is in Celsius NOT Fahrenheit. A minor concern is the 3 buttons, jet, shower head and handheld need better gaskets around the faceplate. The faceplate around the buttons is loose and water can get behind the faceplate. I spoke to the company and they are shipping additional gaskets, I’m confident this should resolve the loose faceplate. Overall, this is a beautiful well made shower system with GREAT customer support. If you are in the market for a bathroom shower system and don’t want to spend $2,000 on a Delta or Kohler I would highly recommend this company. My contractor looked at the shower system and commented on the great quality (other than our concern with the faceplate) I'm looking forward to my contractor installing the shower system. We installed the gaskets around the 3 buttons on the diverter and appears to keep the water out

Cartridges consistently leak and customer service is non existent. No business phone number either. Stay away from bostingner! Go to casainc and they have a business number so you can talk to a real person

Not going to lie my son helped us pick this out. The main reason was because you can pick which area you want the water to come from or all areas at once. I was hesitant because I use the hand held alot especially to rinse out after cleaning the shower. It was so small I felt it would not have the pressure I was used to getting out of my existing system. Let me tell you I was so wrong. If you use it by itself it could blow the tiles off the wall (not really). All joking aside it is one of the most amazing showers I have ever taken. Worth every dime.

Bought this during a full bathroom remodel. About a year after install, the valve is faulty and there is a constant leak out of the main shower head. The hand wand is broken and leaks at the base. The company advertises a lifetime warranty, and their website highlights super reasonable exchange policies, however, they do not respond to emails and will not honor their advertised warranty. Do not buy this product, it will break quickly, they will not warranty it out for you, and you’ll be out a bunch of money. Super dishonest company.

Hesitant to use as not your typical shower assy. Took a chance and pleasantly surprised. great packaging and i really believe this manf will stand by there product.

I haven't been able to install yet, but when I do, it will definitely be with the assistance of a plumber. The installation video does look pretty straight forward, but in my experience, every household is different, different pipes, and my dad's house is very old, so I don't want to run into any issues that I cannot address. A plumber is the smarter option for me. I decided to install in my dad's bathroom, mainly because with the one button option will be extremely helpful for him since he is legally blind. I can rest knowing that the water temp can be set at his preference and locked to avoid scalding. This is an excellent feature for a 70 year with very little vision. He will get to enjoy the spa quality shower every time he showers, which is something that he deserves. This whole kit looks and feels like its made with high quality material and a lot of thought went into it. The matte black matches well and will add a look of modern luxury. I can't wait until it's installed, I would love to see this system at work!
