These feel nice when you step on them and absorb well, only thing I don’t like is they sometimes move slightly when you step on them, the grip on the bottom is not the best.

Unknowingly, I already had a set of these mats as a gift from a high street discount store less than a year ago. I've just received the 2 new sets from Amazon to discover they're identical to the older set. Am a little annoyed as I'll explain below. For the price they'll do for now, but with these new sets I'm going to completely remove the rubber backing myself somehow as soon as they begin to show any signs of self delaminating.The actual carpet top sides are pretty good quality and I have no complaints in that regard. They haven't worn at all despite heavy foot traffic, they feel good under foot and the top sides do last very well indeed, (although the original colour has faded away quite significantly from regular washing). The pile is thick and fluffy and this set comes in a nice deep royal blue that looks great for their cost. The thin rubber backing however is another matter entirely and it literally perishes and degrades far too rapidly, but it does stop the mats slipping on smooth or polished floors whilst the backing actually remains in place. Unfortunately, this very thin backing starts to break up and fall away in the washing machine after just 3 or 4 machine washes. This was all regardless of the fact that I followed the included washing and care instructions to the letter. (I don't exceed a wash temperature of 30 C and I always use a slower spin speed for them as well, although the latter isn't stated as a requirement. I also haven't ever tumble dried them either but the manufacturer states they can be tumble dried at a lower temp setting if required). Long strips or small pieces of the rubber backing just breaks apart and comes away from the mats and completely clogs up washing machine parts and filters and could have possibly caused permanent damage to my machine from the tiny bits that could now be trapped deep inside!!! With the benefit of hindsight, if the backing starts to come away I strongly advise no longer machine washing them and to carefully hand wash only until you can completely remove all of the backing yourself. Less than 5 washes and the backing began to degrade to this degree is incredibly poor, especially if you like to wash such items on a regular basis for cleanliness and hygiene. Ergo, they're not something I'd recommend if you really need them to last or unless you're happy to manually remove the backing yourself if/when it fails. Obviously, this completely defeats the purpose of specifically choosing rubber backed mats and if a non-slip rubber backing is 100% essential I would definitely advise choosing different mats with a more substantial backing to them. The backing to these mats is exceptionally thin and not particularly durable. Personally, I shall buy mats without a rubber backing next time as my bathroom floor has been replaced with a non-slip material anyway.Supplied in a clear plastic bag with an attached card of the manufacturers details and full washing, care and handling instructions. Due to the issues I've had and not abusing the original set I had in any way whatsoever, I would hesitate to recommend these mats without first letting others know about the potential issues with them. The poor quality backing truly lets down what are otherwise good quality mats in other regards. I will also point out that once the backing starts to perish or the backing has completely gone they still look absolutely fine from the top side, (just expect to be constantly fishing countless small bits or complete handfuls of the backing out of your machines or hoovering up countless tiny pieces of latex off the floor until all backing has finally been removed)!!! Due to these issues, I just can't rate them higher than 2/5!! Ultimately, they're just not fit for their intended purpose. Were they to be specifically advertised and sold without the rubber backing applied, I would have immediately given them 5/5, alas they're not.

The bath mats are OK but they came in a absurdly large box 75x60x12cm They could have fitted in a letterbox What a waste of resources

These were an absolute bargain! so made up with them,the bath mat is quite big I thought it might of been smaller than expected ,not washed them yet so can't say how they would be,very pleased with them

2nd order, good quality and they don't move about like some.
