I have type 2 diabetes and suffer with Diabetic neuropathy which is a type of nerve damage that can occur if you have diabetes. High blood sugar (glucose) can injure nerves throughout your body. Diabetic neuropathy most often damages nerves in your legs and feet. I was finding it hard sleeping as it was worse at night in bed I did some research and found that taking ALA helps so I ordered straight away I'm so glad I did as from day one of taking I noticed a difference in my legs and I'm getting better sleep now, I will keep taking 2 a day for the foreseeable future

I'm now on my 2nd bottle and still not sure if they actually make any difference. The first bottle I took one a day and now I'm taking 2 a day.I have some nerve damage in my feet from diabetes and there are days when it feels better but other days when there's no difference. These tablets are tasteless and very easy to swallow.

Excellent product. I use this for diabetic neuropathy in my feet. It takes about 6 weeks to work but the benefits are immense. My feet are still sore but the pain has reduced significantly.

Don’t buy this, it’s NOT R-Alpha Lipoic Acid, I should have known better it’s a cheap synthetic version, either S-ALA or RS-ALA, neither of which are the proper bio-available R-ALA;; only ever buy if it says clearly R-Alpha Lipoic Acid

It made no difference to my A1c check

I only took one and it was too strong and it gave me a very bad night.

Helps with smelling things again. Took about half a bottle but does help.

I take this to help with cataracts. The last time I saw my eye dr. she said the cataracts were there but thinner.
