I am not sure if it can fit those items. Q: Does a 1200d with an 18-55mm lens attached to the body fit in this bag and is there also room for another lens?

I have a 600D and if you arrange the movable Velcro-fixed divider to make two different width sections (approx one third and two thirds the total width of the bag) it does fit - lens pointing towards side of bag - in the widest section with the 18-55 mm lens attached. The narrower section is then big enough to accommodate a Canon 55-250 zoom lens. Snug but still comfortably. Overall therefore, as long as the dimensions of the 1200D are the same as the 600 then it should be ok.

Q: Is this bag large enough for the Canon 200D,the 18-55mm Lens and the 75-300mm lens ?

My guess is that you could carry all three in the bag, but not with the camera body attached to one of the lenses. In my opinion it is just a bit too small to be really useful, but it's a nicely made bag.

Q: Will the canon sx 540 hs fit in this case

Yes it will fit in with room to spare. It's a small bag for a larger SLR with lines, but ideal for the SX540.
