Needed one for earthing my off grid system. It just sits over the top of your grounding rod connection and nothing more, no way to secure it the ground. Also the screws on top have rusted after only a few weeks. Not good value for money, should only be a couple of quid, no more than that.

i had an earth connection to cover, bought this and fitted it, it covers the earth connection, what more do you want?

This is a simple cylinder with a small opening at the bottom you fit over the rod, then add the earth connector after passing the earth wires through the port. Lid is screwed on. Simple and does what it is supposed to do with warning label on top./

I used this to cover an earth rod connected to a lightning protector, so just what I needed.
