Basic, strong, budget case
This is a good, strong, budget case for a 61-key keyboard. It provides a reasonable amount of padding and a strong zip around the case. There is also a leather 'flap' inside the case, which adds extra protection for the keys. The front pocket is just big enough for A4 music. This has been used to carry a Yamaha (PSR E353) keyboard to and from weekly music lessons and the front pocket just accommodates the infamous tutor books (green book, red book, etc). Another small pocket on the end of the case provides storage for the keyboard power lead, although the pocket cover seems a little gaping even when fastened. The carrying straps are adjustable, which allows them to be long enough to go over my shoulder in a more comfortable carrying position. If you take this to public keyboard lessons with other pupils, you may find that you aren't the only one who has purchased this bag, as it seems to be quite popular, so some form of labelling would be handy for taking this out and about. Unfortunately, no label pocket is provided, so I recommend a luggage tag or something similar.

Good for the price - if your item is worth protecting, possibly look elsewhere
I bought this back to transport and protect my Line 6 Helix LT (a guitar multi-effects unit). The bag is relatively well padded and the carry handles are well stitched to the bag, so I was always confident when carrying the Helix in it. In retrospect, this bag was a quick and cheap solution to my transport problem. I will be purchasing a more robust hard case for the Helix in the future. However, as a soft carry bag for large musical (or indeed other) items, it meets the purpose for a good price. I would certainly carry my USB Midi keyboard in it but that is not a Roland/Yamaha etc level unit.

This case is good and does a great job of protecting the keyboard
I bought this case for our daughter to transport her YamahaYP230 keyboard to and from school. This case is good and does a great job of protecting the keyboard. My only irritation is the external pocket on the end. This would be an ideal place to put the power pack. Unfortunately this pocket doesn't close properly and if you use the velcro on it, it leaves large gaps. This means that we have to put the powerpack in a carrier bag and then put it in the pocket in order to prevent it getting wet as electricity and water don't mix. I would have given this product 5 stars but this issue lets this product down

Good bag - recommended
Unusually, I'm not using this bag for a piano keyboard.I work with youth basketball and am using it to carry around the portable electronic scoreboard. The size isn't perfect for the scoreboard as there's about 19cm (7.5") space to the side but that's being used for the power extension reel. Not yet found a use for the pocket on the end of the bag but the A4 sized pocket on the front holds things like score sheets. It is A4 sized because I can get an A4 pad inside it.The padding is quite thick but is fairly lightweight foam so you still have to be careful when transporting stuff as it's unlikely to protect the contents against a big knock on something pointy.

You get what you pay for
This item was bought in a hurry and I went by other reviews, however I have found that it hasn't really stood up to regular use. To be fair it was not expensive but it would have been helpful to know what 'gauge'? of material had been used as within a short time the end pocket stitching has come undone. The material used is quite lightweight (good) but is not particularly robust or hard wearing and the handles are already showing signs of wear. Overall it does what you would expect, protect your keyboard, but don't expect it to stand up to regular 'gigging'.

Very Smart Case, Very sturdy
My Old keyboard case was split and zips missing and it was all chewed up and had things spilt on it etc and this case is amazing, very padded and lots of pockets to put things in such as plugs etc

A nice surprise....
Ordered it 10pm Sunday and received it by Tuesday. Amazing speed for delivery. Used it on the Thursday for a gig. Very impressed. I have a Yamaha P-35 and my digital piano fits perfectly. The bag is extremely well padded and sturdy. One perk I didn't expect is the base. The bottom of the bag has little stubs / feet to allow you to place on ground when moving it about so not to get the bag wet or dirty. The pockets are good, i'm able to fit my music stand, sustain pedal, charger and extension lead in. lots of handles / carry options. The bag is lightweight and thus makes carting a huge and heavy / awkward instrument around much more easier!

Just the job.
I have just received my Stagg case for my YPT230 Yamaha Keyboard and I am delighted with it. There is ample room for my keyboard. It is well padded using strong fabric and duel zip. The generous padding will protect my keyboard in transit and the strong handles can be adjusted to be carried by hand or over my shoulder. The pocket on the front will easily take my 4 music books. The pocket on the end will be very useful for storing the plug/adaptor. All this for £15.99 and it was actually delivered several days earlier than expected. Christmas has come all at once for me.
