Excellent hands free unit for the price
Parrot Minikit Neo 2 HD is an excellent hands free unit for the price, much better than the in the ear type. It is truely hands free, as the voice commands work well. I just leave it plugged into the car power supply and no need to switch on and off, as it does it automatically. I use with iPhone 4, which connects automatically when the phones bluetooth is on. The microphone picks up the voice very well without picking up back ground noise.Make sure you buy the Neo 2 HD as it has improved sound quality to the old Neo and there does not seem to be much difference it the price between the two.

No warranty buyer beware
Hi I bought this item approximately a year ago, it's already broken, just went to look at the returns policy and it's only got 28days, I would have expected at £63 and an electoral item it would come with a years warranty...but no. Mine charges up then freezes when making a call and won't switch on of off until the battery drains. Then recharge and the same issue. Really disappointed.

A reasonable bluetooth speaker. The first one had to be replaced as the sound became very distorted after just a weeks' use. However this was replaced quickly and the second one has been much better. It does allow you to make, reject and end calls by voice control. It is very easy to set up and pair. It can become slightly difficult to hear/hold conversations when driving on the motorway but overall a reasonable product which is reasonable value for money.

Worth every penny! Epic purchase
Amazing! This was exactly what we needed! The size of a cigarette packet, so portable, clear sound! My dad is a taxi driver and he and 3 others have since bought this rather than having "in ear" bluetooths - this kit is outstanding!!

Adequate hands-free system.
I bought this for occasional use - It does announce caller names from the phonebook allowing call screening, cheaper alternative that I own only announced the number. Speaker quality is adequate. Callers can hear me quite well. Easy to update the firmware. No real issues so far.

Overall this is a good quality kit
Overall this is a good quality kit. Pair with phone well (sony xperia z1). I changed now to motorola x style and do not think there gonna be any problem. Easy to use. Voice control is alright. Sometimes there is big distortion during the call. Beside this and for that resonable price I would recommend it.

Total waste of money
Total waste of money! It was supposed to be new, but box had already been opened. I think it has been reconditioned as I can see marks where it has been prized open! And last of all, it has stopped charging!!!!
