My son has fine motor skill problems and cannot use ordinary scissors. These scissors are excellent and give him the freedom to cut whatever he needs such as packages. The independence these bring are most welcome.

These were recommended by occupational therapist to help little one with bilateral movement. This is the second pair we have bought and really happy with the flexibility in the product and ease of use for little fingers. They are worth the money paid for little one to get cutting.

Finally scissors that my three year old can operate with one hand (obviously with supervision)! I'm hoping that using these will help him develop his coordination and strengthen his hand so he can move on to traditional scissors soon.

si easy to use if you have problems with your hands

These are an excellent product. My son has the left handed ones and can do scissor work finally!After trying daughter with other makes as she's right handed decided to see if coped better with this type.Wow have an independent 4 year old on my hands. She manages it so well and pretty precise.Highly recommend especially if your kid has any issues with joints.

We bought these on the recommendation of a teacher at our daughter's school as she was struggling with regular scissors & parent & child scissors (she is 4). My son has difficulty with his hands, having to be left handed where normally he would have been right handed, so these scissors are perfect for him. He found it difficult placing fingers in the grip of normal scissors thus not having much control with them.
