Been having severe lumbar pain for months, dr doing testing for pain relief. It has been depressing to not be able to do daily household chores. Figured I had nothing to lose so I tried this brace and am so glad I did, wish I would have tried it sooner than I did.

This lumbar support belt isn’t amazing. I can’t put it on very tight because I’m on the smallest possible number for the size, so I just run out of velcro when trying to tighten it any more. I wasn’t planning on heavy lifting but rather to help my back when sitting on backless chairs. It’s not amazing at this but it’s a good physical reminder to sit up straight. The straps are a nice touch.

I like this, and actually bought 2 sizes. One size was barely big enough and the next size up is almost too loose. Check the size chart/dimensions. They both work great.

I’m a big guy I wear a 4xl and usually items like this are always a little smaller that what they say on the site I ordered a 6xl and it was way to big for me

A back support for my lower back pain was really what I needed and it seems to help. You have to wrap it tightly around your body though, and it does not always seem yo be easy to put on. Once you're fully wrapped in it, it keeps you straight. That's the most important. It appears to be built solid, the Velcro is uber strong I have to say, but I guess that's a good thing. The included suspenders is not something I feel I would really need, sometimes they feel a bit in the way. Maybe I take them off.
