Hestan - OvenBond Collection - Stainless Steel Baking Sheet Set, 5-Piece

I have never had such a great baking pan before. Quite easy to clean, has not warped after using them nearly every other day for about 6 months now. I wish they weren’t so pricey so I can own more, but I the price really reflects the quality. They look amazing as well

I have good aluminum bake sheets. They are fine for cookies, toasting crouton, and other such activities, but, for anything that is the least messy - baked chicken, roasted vegetables, traybakes, and the like - where food and oil can adhere to the pan - they are a real pain! Grease adheres firmly in brown patches and they must be hand scrubbed as they cannot go in the dishwasher - or lined with foil. So I have dreamed of dish-washable, stainless steel for some years. Recently, I have been doing far more oven-roasted meals - so quick and easy to throw together, but a pain to clean up after - so I have been burning through boxes of aluminum foil to line the pans. Once in a while, that's ok, but a couple of times a week? Now I'm destroying the planet 🥹. Time to get serious. After researching stainless steel, these tri-ply pans seemed the way to go. The aluminum core is key to even, quick heating, and the stainless steel outer layers mean that it can go in the dishwasher! Best of BOTH! Having received them, I wish I had bought them years ago. These Hestan pans are works of art! The surface is beautifully polished, and the edges are wonderfully smooth. They are lovely enough to use as serving trays in addition to baking on them, so, now? Dinner comes out of the oven and straight to the table!😁. They are heavier than aluminum pans, so a bit more exertion by the end of the day if you are doing a major amount of holiday cookies/bake sale inventory, but they also don't warp even in a 550F oven! And guess what? The polished stainless steel cleans like a dream! So, even though they CAN go in the dishwasher, it is sometimes easier just to fill them with water & a drop of soap, soak a few minutes, and they easily wipe clean! Heaven! I LOVE these pans. Even if you have great aluminum pans you love for baking cookies, you need a set of these.

Yeah, they're expensive, but they feel like they're worth the price. Cook well, absolutely gorgeous, and heavy as all get out. Seriously, like, 5lbs each.Got these to complement some nordicware pans, so that I can use aluminum foil again. Was worried they wouldn't heat up quickly enough, but they've worked great with zero adjustments to recipes. Who even knew their was luxury bakeware?

Very nice. The only thing is like some other reviews, not sure why they scratch so easily compared to our other stainless steel cookware and platters

I already own several Hestan pans & have been impressed by their quality. My 12" pan is over a year old & still looks like I just took it out of the box. I was in need of both sizes included with this set so I ordered. I picked up the box after they were delivered & was shocked at the weight. Solid doesn't begin to describe them, maybe bullet proof would be more accurate. They also don't warp in the oven like every other pan I own no matter how much I paid for those other sheet pans. These look like the quality they are & feel just as good as they look-no sharp edges to be found anywhere.. one may think these are expensive & if that's your first thought then you probably shouldn't be looking at pans like these but I will tell you that you won't find a better pan anywhere.
