Does what it says on the tin...
OK, so I've noted the 1 star review on here which suggests that some of the reviews my be questionable. So here's one that's not. So the Zealot S7 is quite a nice bit of kit, I bought it to use outside whilst I'm cleaning the car primarily. I chose this device over the other options because it seemed to be the only one that would also play MP3s from a MicroSD card as well as via Bluetooth. It takes memory upto 32GB in size and apparently will support MP3s placed in folders and well as just sitting in the root of your SD card. Sound quality is perfectly acceptable for the price, I might have gone to 5 stars if it were priced around the £40 mark. It's a well made, well packaged and presented product, and whilst it doesn't create an enormous sound you have to remember that the speaker is small and it's not the £100 plus pounds a Bose system et al would cost. So you have to take it for what it is. It does do what it says on the tin, (I've not tested Bluetooth yet) and for most just wanting a bit of music wherever they are it's fine. If you don't need portability though, go for a Bose or Sonus probably. I've got a Bose Soundtouch 30 III which I've kinda compared this against, and whilst the Zealot in no way matches the Bose, take into account the price difference and actually the little S7 ain't bad.UPDATE: After just a few usages and running the battery down I have found my speaker is dead and will no longer power up. Charging the device for hours does nothing and a single blue light just sits there and flashes, If you power the device on after about a second it just powers itself off. QED, the battery is no good. After contacting the supplier about this issue excellent customer service kicked in and the item is being replaced. Well done ZEALOT.

A slight disappointment
I bought this product based on the all 5* reviews and I was really looking forward to it arriving in the post. Unfortunately, I am leaning towards sending it back. This speaker caught my eye when I saw it was 26W, had a 10000mAh lithium battery and could be charged with a micro-USB for ultimate portability. When I saw all the comments on the sound quality, that's when really I thought this was worth trying. In my opinion, the sound isn't as good as these reviews would suggest. The bass is relatively big for a speaker of its size and generally the sound is quite good but not incredible. I don't feel I get the crisp, precision sound that I have experienced before. The problem is that the volume is not evenly balanced, so you have to push it up to at least 75% to get anything like listening levels. When you take the sound higher, it really jumps in volume and unfortunately this could compromise the sound a little. In fact, some songs have had a slight rattle from 90% upwards and I have a suspicion this is to do with the LED light panel, which seems to shake when the bass is too much. It's not a bad speaker by any means, yes it's loud when you push it to the maximum and perhaps I am not giving the sound enough credit. Having said this, I have an Audio Dynamix Pulse V3 (10W), which offers incredible sound with a great battery life and doesn't compromise on volume all that much. How can a 10 watt speaker be almost as loud as one with over double the wattage? To be fair, the guys at Audio Dynamix do say that watts aren't everything, but I dont think I can shy away from it.Maybe I expected too much, but based on the spec and the reviews, I thought this was the powerful portable speaker I was looking for.PS: I would probably give it a 3.5 or even slightly higher, but don't think I can put 4 stars because I feel that would be misleading.

Great Speaker
This is a great speaker. It is simple to use and looks fantastic. Also it is well made, reassuringly weighty, and best of all, it has a really impressive sound. I don't know what some reviewers mean by writing it is not loud enough, because size for size and pound for pound it must be one of the loudest portable speakers around. It might be they are either comparing it to a mini hi-fi unit or they have forgotten to turn up the volume on their mobile phone or mp3 player etc. I have used it on blue-tooth, audio line in and micro sd card and it works well on all of them. By the way I don't think it is possible to choose folders on the micro sd card, in my case it just played the tracks in alphabetical order. However it remembers which track it was playing after turn off and restarts at that point when you next turn it on which was useful. All in all it's a quality product... Just one point. On Amazon UK I paid £59.99. On Amazon USA it is $59.99 (which is annoying but normal). On Amazon Germany and Amazon France it is 59.99 Euros. Everywhere was cheaper than the UK including Canada. The VAT in Germany and France are equivalent to that of the UK. As the pound is worth more than the Euro,$ and CND, could somebody tell me why are the exchange rates being ignored?

Does it all - stream from many devices / TF play / Handle calls or just play music LOUDLY!
The media could not be loaded. This is the reason you spend £60 on a Bluetooth speaker and not £30. - A large loud premium build speaker with touch controls and more. Its easy to miss just what this speaker is capable of. Not just play Bluetooth steamed music from your device but the battery is large enough on this that there is a USB port to charge the device yu are streaming from after its runs out of power. Fed up with what s on your device then just get a TF (micro sdhc) card and put it in the slot in the back and the speaker auto switches to it or connect to your pc/mp3 player with the audio cable supplied and play direct from that – so many options and as the battery lasts about 24 hours you can party hard and long.Should a call come in on your phone – deal with it with the speaker, auto answer chat, hang up and voice dial. This is such a great and well thought out speaker – a sharp black box with blue LED, rubber based so it doesn’t bounce off the table and the touch controls make it all so easy and it must be the loudest bluetooth speaker I have ever heard.Watch the video to see what it does – better still just get one for yourself. Simply brilliant
