Boye 2-Piece Yarn On The Go Bag

Perfect size for socks and scarves with compact skeins. The shoulder strap works well to hang around my neck to prevent dropping it while working and is long enough for the bag to sit on your lap away from your comfortable working position. The two-pack is great for those of us who work on multiple project simultaneously and the different colors makes picking up the right project when on-the-go easy without having to open the bag to check.

I needed a bag to take my knitting project with me when I had free time. Based on the reviews, I bought the On The Go Bag. If a project is larger than a pair of sox or a hat, the bag would be way too small. The picture is accurate, but creates the impression the bag is much bigger than it is. It is well designed in that it has a draw-string closing and a strap to hang around one's neck so it won't fall on the floor. If I had read the specs carefully, which I did not, I would have realized it was too small to be practical, and due to the size, over priced. I decided to keep it because I didn't want the hassle of returning it. Aside from the size which limits its use, it is well designed and the nylon fabric is water resistant.

I like them. They are lightweight, hold about one skein of yarn at a time, and oftentimes, your project as well. They are designed to keep your yarn from tangling or unrolling away, and routed out to you when knitting. And I do keep the bag in the yarn shop bag along with extra yarn and pattern book. Nice and small and not unwieldy.

Great bags for knitting on the go. Washable, lightweight and comfortably hold a full skein. Has a guide loop so your yarn doesn't get tangled while you are working.

I bought this for my grandson who is learning to knit in school. This is extremely tiny--only holds a ball of yarn! He found a use for it, but not to tote his yarn and needles back and forth to school. Very disappointed.

I was very disappointed in this product. It's low quality. It didn't even look a thing like the photo online. The straps were pretty lengthy and there wasn't even enough room to store the knitting project to begin with.

Wow - these bags are so cool and at a fantastic price. I always have more than one project going at once, these bags allow me to just grab one and go. Great value.

This bag is acceptable at the price and it is functional, but if you've been spoiled by the bags with interior pockets and wrist straps and funky/pretty materials, you won't be impressed. If you use this bag as a liner inside a patterned paper gift bag, so your knitting needles or crochet hooks won't poke holes through, you might have a more fun carrier that's practical too.

Non avevo mai visto in giro questo tipo di sacchetta porta gomitolo. Nella confezione ce ne sono due. Le mie sono una rossa e una blu. Il sacchetto si appende e si può portare in giro senza essere costretti ad avere con sé grosse sacche ingombranti.

I bought this yarn on the go bag after looking at the reviews. People seemed to like them , some thought they were expensive. I did not think they were that expensive as you get two and some knitting items are relly expensive and not as useful as this.If I dropt my ball of wool I have to struggle to get it of the floor before one of the cats get it or one of the dogs gets the yarn caught on its paw and trails it around the room. I also am disabled and I have only been using the bag for two days and it is remarkable how good it has made me feel.I do not have to wait for someone to pick my wool up for me if I drop it and if I have to answer the door I do not have to lift everything of my knee before I get my crutches and answer it.I put my round needles in the bag and leave the bag around my neck , I answered the door to the postman and he asked me what it was and where he could get on as his mother knits and gets frustrated when she drops her ball of wool.I know it is only a bag but anything that gives a person independence is worth its weight. I love this product.

bag isnt as good as expecte its got bits of it hanging off and i have only got them out of the packingthe strap is very long so strap had to be shortend by aknot tiedfabric is flimsygood job there are two per packet i cant see them holding outalso the illstration ball is little i put a uk eg stylecraft 100g in the bag and it isnt as coverd ad the picture show my wool was about 2 maybe 3 inch higher roughly guessand there is no weight so everything in the bag goes to one side if u use the strap i tried both the un knotted strap and my knotted strap and both did the samei wont by it again as its unsuitable for the job
