Smart Planet GH-11 Ceramic Ice Cream Bar

The idea itself is nice and the product is cute. I ordered this for a ice cream social event and had to run out to get a tealight candle, a ladle and find small serving spoons at the last minute. I assumed the product was electric (which is my fault) but you need a tealight candle to keep the fudge warm. If you put cold fudge in, your out of luck.

I purchased this for my daughters ice cream themed birthday party and had to return it. It is extremely small. It would probably work for a small gathering of 4 people. I only gave it 3 stars because it's really cute.

I ordered this for my daughter's birthday party, however when I opened it up there were no spoons or ladle as shown in the picture and described in the listing. I paid a lot for it and thought putting regular or plastic spoons in it would look tacky so I returned it and ordered one from eBay. The rest of the ice cream bar was pretty cute.

The tea light under the fudge pot will burn. will not warm fudge from cold. You have to heat in the microwave and then put in the pot to keep warm.

This sundae bar is really cute. Was able to put out lots of toppings, from sprinkles to chocolate chips and nuts. Cleans pretty easily. Just watch the hot fudge when it's being heated. The candle heating really does work well, but if not careful, will burn the fudge and it will stick to the bottom and it's a pain to get off. But otherwise, I highly recommend.

And amazingly enough, the tea-light candle (not included) does heat the hot fudge. I'd like for the topping containers to be a little bigger, but they hold plenty.

We bought & used this at my sons birthday party. It was a huge hit. We used a small tealight (as directed) so it did take quite awhile to heat the fudge (over 2 hours). After the party was over and I cleaned it, we found a heat fracture :o A little too expensive for a one time use!!!!

Cups are on the small side but still cute.
