I was having hot flushes all the time - they woke me up at least three times a night and I would have one about every hour or so during the day! Really horrible. I took three of these tablets a day and after approx a month I’ve now got no hot flushes at all. Completely gone for me - excellent product.

I've been taking them for 6 weeks now, and I can honestly say I am starting to feel more like myself again. Mood is better, night sweats are less and I just generally feel calmer. Pure product very effective, reliable and does what it says on the tin. I stop taking it during menustration for that week whilst I'm, on as it does encourage flow in the beginning I didn't mind and thought it was probably a positive however, I've read you can stop taking it for that week to prevent heavier flow.

I really wanted these to work, having read other reviews. I was struggling with hot flushes and night sweats, and lack of sleep as a result. After a week, I saw little improvement, but having paid my money, I figured I should just keep taking them.... And then the magic happened. Fewer hot flushes, and less intense, fewer night sweats, therefore better sleep. I have been taking these for four weeks now, and can hardly believe how well they have worked. I'm a sceptical person, and don't know the details of why this works, but to be honest, I really don't care. I can get back to living a normal life, with perhaps one minor flush a day, and no sweats....

This is my go-to traditional supplements for nearly 10 years. Personally it makes a huge difference to reducing and experiencing no cramps/intense pains when I take it a week roughly before it happens (in addition to no cold drinks or foods consumed), and once the bleeding stops, taking it for a week after that is also effective for the next cycle.

Ha sido de gran ayuda con el tema de los sofocos. El efecto no se ve en el “instante” pero si lo tomas como se recomienda, empiezas a ver los resultados. Ahora puedo dormir tranquilamente toda la noche sin sentir que me estoy cocinando del calor.
