What luck I got my ladybugs and this cool house for them the same day, I put them in the fridge for a few minutes to calm them down,watered the garden because they are very thirsty, placed the house near by and cut them loose they knew just what to do they had their drink and checked out their new home....it's beautiful thank you and thanks for the cardboard to place inside.

This is a cute addition to my garden. It was easy to hang, the door is easy to open and it is a good size. I will populate the house a bit later in the season to combat any destructive insects,

It is still going strong after almost two years. The workmanship done very well. It arrive quick. Was packaged well and had no damage. I have enjoyed this ladybug house. Oh, the ladybugs have enjoyed it too. Just because you put it in the yard doesn't mean the ladybugs will automatically gravitate to it. You must put in ladybug bait and put it where they will be warm. They like the same temp we like. My ladybug house still sits in my garden on a pole for almost two years now. I purchased November 2012. I am glad I purchased it and the lady bug bait too. It helps to keep them outta my house. I did not paint mine but you certainly could. I may sand it and paint it next year. That would be really cute.

Cute idea not really used buy the ladybugs we have realised. I think waste of money they just crawl out and they never come back to it. Have had out undercover by trees and wooden lattice. Metal roof and door hinges and door latch are rusted almost to point o unmovement paint faded fast. Seems to be misleading on the fact it can be left outside in the elements being a lush covered garden with butterfly garden attached. What a shame cited idea just not worth the money.

Actually I was looking for a bird house when I found this Ladybug House instead. I had never seen or heard of one of these before, but thought it was a great idea and would make a great gift. Because it is now winter I will have to wait until the spring or summer to see how it works, but I can't wait. As for the price and shipping, they were both reasonable. I received it within just a few days after I bought it. It seems to be built very well. It is sturdy, has a metal roof to help prevent water damage, and opens easily for cleaning. I think it is well worth trying out.

I have bought live lady bugs and after researching they need a home. I have put this up and kept some of the packing materials from the live lady bugs but....none yet. Perhaps to warm. But this is a cute wooden house that goes well with my garden.

It is still too early in the year for lady bugs to be looking for shelter, but this is such a cute decoration I had to comment now. It is also one of those things people ask about. "Umm, what is that for?" I'm hoping the lady bugs hide in it instead of the curtains I take down in the fall; meanwhile, did I mention it is so CUTE!

The one I received was green, I don't know if it was stained green or there is algae covering it but it looks bad. The quality is something you might get from a child's craft kit. It is poorly put together, I would be willing to buy this for the price if it came in pieces for me to assemble properly but the seams are all crooked and the green color is unpleasant.

Schnelle Lieferung und gute Qualität. Hab 12 Marienkäfer aus unserem Sonnenschirm da rein umgesiedelt und hoffe sie fühlen sich zwischen extra gesammelten Blättern und Pappe wohl und verschlafen artgerecht den Winter. Schön, wenn man auch so kleinen Tieren helfen kann.

Ich hab zwei Häuschen gekauft. Eines war gut zusammen gebaut. Beim Zweiten musste ich die Schaniere und die Verschlussschraube mussten versetzt werden. Aber der Preis ist sehr günstig und das Häuschen hat seinen Zweck erfüllt.

Although the coloring differs from the picture it looks very nice. It's darker in color but looks well made. Since there's still snow on the ground with some minus degrees my ladybird hotel is still waiting to be placed outdoors in the garden.The delivery was quick.
