Pleasant tasting evening hot drink.
Very pleasant tasting herbal tea which helps ease the drinker into sleep but without inducing a next day hangover as do many such drinks. Good taste and good value.

Delicious and may well do what they promise
Sick of decades of insomnia, I gave in this year and added valerian into my routine. I wasn't really supposed to add it in because of my medication, but that now can not be changed and I was fed up of being awake half the night. I had asked for the common sleeping pill a few times, but really did not want that to be the solution. So I have found a supplement, changed the magnesium formulation and started drinking this every night - two teabags worth in a large mug.Problem of a lifetime solved, and now for four whole months. I am actually having to adjust to sleeping properly!I very much doubt this tea does the heavy lifting, but I am very sure it makes a good contribution. I like the taste too - the Berry version tastes a bit medicinal, but this is just a pleasant herbal tea.I gave up caffeine about a year ago and I'm now a massive fan of Pukka teas overall. They aren't the cheapest, but I still think they are good value for money given the consistency and quality. They also use recyclable paper envelopes for the tea - I also like a slightly cheaper competitor, but I really do not like the unrecyclable plastic envelopes.

Calming and helps with sleep.
Pukka organic night time tea. Got this during Amazon prime day and very happy with the value for 4 boxes. I drink this in the evenings and helps me sleep and relax and has nice flavour.I usually buy it from the supermarket which cost around £3 per box and comes around the same price for when I bought it on offer.

Warming and calming herbal tea
Organic tea so the flavour is crisp and clear; a very nice warming, calming herbal tea; as good as chamomile.

Tea is almost at best use by / expiration date
Product received is only 3 months from best use by/ expiration date in June, which means tea is well over two years old already which affects quality and flavor. No option to let seller know directly unfortunately.
