The taste isn't bad, the texture is chewy and soft, easy small sized pieces, it helps easy pain fairly well without any strange side effects. Good product for the cost. The berry mint flavor is surprisingly not bad, definitely more tolerable than the traditional version. Good option to keep in a bag or at home for when you need it.
