YWA 10 works well provided you are prepared to persevere in setting up.
Although I upgraded my AV amp to a RX V475 about 3 years ago I have only just got around to buying a wireless network adaptor in order that I can listen to Spotify via my iPad. Despite many poor reviews of the YWA 10 I bought the unit from Amazon for about £49. Initial set up attempts to set up a wireless connection to my Sky broadband router were unsuccessful. I followed the instructions to set up using wps but the YWA10 would not connect to my router. After numerous attempts I decided to try a different approach I logged on to my router settings via my iPad and there was an alternative option of connecting via wps to the sky router just by clicking add device on the wps section of the router settings screen. Pressed the wps button on the YWA 10 until the wps light lit up then clicked add device on the sky router settings page and hey presto the YWA10 connected . I can now use my RX 475 amp and surround system to listen to 5.1 stereo . AirPlay works well and does not drop out but our router is not too far away in the hall about 15 feet away. Swapping broadband from Sky to BT infinity in a couple of days and so will see how it connects to the BT router. Update- just switched to BT infinity today and reset the WPA10 to connect with my new BTSmart hub router. Pleased to report that the YWA10 connected straight away using the WPS button.

Three and a Half Stars
Three and a Half Stars hopefully more in the future I have connected a YWA-10 network adaptor which works fine but i am not sure of its value as to use Spotify you have to open a payment account.I downloaded the Network Player Controller app so that I could listen to music held on my phone but i found that if you didn't fully disable the app it drained the phone battery when not in use.The Internet radio is interesting for getting obscure radio stations, but i have a good multi band tuner already.Only time will tell if it was a wast or money or an good buy

Wireless Network Adapter for Yamaha Audio products
The adapter is quite small (smaller than an Apple TV Box) and comes with a USB power cable, a LAN cable and an instruction sheet. I wanted this unit to get the best out of the network facilities of a recently purchased Yamaha CD-N301 Network CD Player. After a bit of frustration trying to get it to pair with my BT Home Hub Broadband WiFi set up I gave up and went away for the August Bank Weekend and in my return, suitably refreshed I tried again by following the instructions more closely and Presto! I managed to get it paired and proceeded to access the Internet Radio function - great sound as good as CD playback. I then had a go at the Airplay function and once I'd figured out where the Airplay ikon was on my MacBook Pro andvlicked on it, the Yamaha CD player was listed and on selecting it I was able play music, again with great sounds from my iTunes library. Next step is to try accessing Spotify! Apart from these few niggles in setting up I'm really pleased with this bit of kit...So all things considered a great bit of kit

A Yammy delivers the Jammy!
I had to get this from the UK as it was currently not available in Au. The item does what I expected 9It behaves like a "bridging modem". It achieves high rates (100 Mb) when using my NBN network (cable to the home). No trouble with Internet radio stations or personal network servers, The reason for the 4 stars is down to the price (not including P&P)

Lower than Poor
if you have a router in close proximity to your Yamaha "air play supported/ network supported" amp then just use the ethernet ports on both amp and router to enjoy 100% quality via PC or Mac.This bit of "kit" for $120+ is useless when compared to the hard wired approach. These days all the new Yamaha amps have wireless built in so go for those instead or use the ethernet cable as said above.I normally dont post comments as its (your) consumer choice, but having bought this product, I am still sore about it as once set up, the performance is sketchy - it hangs, drops out, wont signal connection, and I have a 40Mbs home network......$120 can but a lot of fun, and this aint it.

Simple, user friendly, no drop outs. More expensive than others but it works without complications. Bonus of an extra ethernet socket

YWA-10 - Does what it says on the box.
Supplier to be commended for very speedy despatch and delivery.Started to install the YWA-10 via WPS at 9.00 a.m. on my RX-V673 by 9.10 it was up and running (despite having no instructions for my Router), then connected my Samsung Blu-ray player to the second Ethernet Port freeing up a Sitecom Repeater, which as a bonus gives me an extra free socket on my UPS as no external power supply needed. Using the Android Control App on a Google Nexus 7 is very easy and smooth. It all works!!
