Cookology 30cm Domino Ceramic Induction Hob | CIT300 300mm Black Glass Built-in Electric Cooktop with Touch Controls

Cannot believe I took so long to go for induction cooking! Have been a confirmed “gas man” forever.This domino hob is my first venture and how pleased am I!Unbelievably quick at boiling water. Controllable as gas. Far more efficient.Bought this cookology hob because non branded but in fairness I can’t think why anybody would want to pay extra for a brand when this product does everything it says on the tin. It’s quiet as well. Tells you if the pan isn’t compatible. Cool to touch remarkably quickly after switch off.Installed a treat in my 40mm oak worktop. Just make sure you leave a sufficient air gap under a counter and any oven below.I combined this item with a Cookology gas hob and I think it looks a treat but you be the judge!

Very good product for its price. Buttons are a bit difficult to press (on, off, temperature control) but not excessively so.

Really happy with this hob unit. Heats up and cools down very quickly. Prefect for what I need. Great product.However, I found the installation a bit trickier as it needs to be wired in rather than fitted with a plug. I was DIYing my own kitchen and unfortunately electrics aren't my forte, had to call out an electrician to move the wiring etc.

Simple design and fitting

Great hob and service- when I needed an exchange due to a fault, it was replaced within a day. Very simple and efficient to use. Make sure you have the correct Induction pans!

The knobs aren't as good as my previous one which where slightly inclined outwards away from hot pots therefore, avoiding getting deteriorised with the heat. Hope these last a long time.

Very good induction hob I bought this with a twin ceramic hob of the same make from the same company.
