Q: The title says it comes with 3 extra nibs and i didnt see any in the package ? Are they in the marker somewhere ??

When my marker arrived it was dry and could never be used. I didn't see any extra nips with it either. Was not happy with this purchase.

Q: Someone wrote a review stating they filled a water brush pen with laser printer toner and use that. Toner is a powder, so how does that work?

Toner powder is soluble in acetone, so you could try dissolving it in acetone, then putting it in the pen.

Q: Where are the "3 extra nibs" located?

I didn't get the extra nibs either.

Q: Does it work in a silhouette cameo machine with a pen holder?

It is a toner pen to use with the foil Minc machine. I do not know if you can cut out foil with a silhouette.
