After my escooter went missing in transit by dhl I contacted isinwheel customer service, they were absolutely amazing, I waited a few more days then they contacted me and sent me an upgrade to the isinwheel s9max even then they kept in contact to make sure I was happy, it’s a great scooter with suspension back n front with solid 10inch wheels, I’m 65 yr woman and thoroughly enjoy riding this as it’s for all ages, it nice to have a company who goes the extra mile to help customers, now my son in law wants one and my daughter, what more can I say! Oh yeh it was well packed and it do go fast if you want to, lovely looking scooter very classy too and well built,

I received the scooter it was packaged very well and easy to assemble the scooter is put together very well and seems really sturdy it has great breaks and lights I've been riding the scooter back and forth to work for two weeks now and everything seems fine except the speed is a little slower than I would like but I am on the top end of the weight limit at 120kg that said I still think the scooter is a good bargain for the price it does what I wanted at 57 years old it makes getting to work a lot easier for me very happy with the product

So when I first got the scooter after 3 weeks it started loosing its charge rraly fast I'd only pop to the shop 2 mins away and it was out of charge by time I got back anyways after about 3 or 4 weeks it seemed it sort itself out and I managed to do the school run n then I'd just out it on charge or I'd managed to get about 2 miles anyways had it 6 moths went to charge it and it won't charge at all not even turn on no light no nothing its like there no life init I've had to order another but am disappointed after only 6 months

Great scooter! However when I opened the packaging the rear reflector was broken. As an expensive purchase this was very dissapointing.amazon said there is nothing they can do. Love it just a bit gutted.

I have only had the scooter for 5 weeks but I couldnt be without it now. I use to walk the dog and to travel to work.I love that it folds, I can take it in the car anywhere.Holds its charge really well and the cruise control is so brilliant. No more having to try to find the right speed and keep your thumb on the throttle.Its very light weight compared to VOIs and other well known scootersThe speed is just right for me, I mainly use the ECO but if i need to speed up its really easy at the touch of a button -Simply put, i dont think you can wrong with this scooter

Scooter is very good charging is fast and app is nice and simple with no bug issues. Suspension is good and bouncy if try jumping on it shock absorbers r good enough so you don't have to lift up scooter going from road to pavement.Scooter cruise control takes too long to start but can adjust speed by app.Going up hills with less than 50% battery is alittle slow and scooter doesn't use Motor and applies brakes after going 30km/h downhill.The thumb brake is not sensitive takes too long to stop but doesn't lock the wheels like as in normal brake.Scooter is good would recommend for children and light adults(60-70kg) but can take still people 110 kg with ease on flat ground. For 100-150 pounds more you could get so much more but no-one wants to spend that much money and seller dispatched scooter quickly and arrived 1 day early. Battery life is very good and fast charging.

Quite speedy, it's faster than the e-scooters that can be hired. Found no issues yet. It would be really cool if I could derestrict the speed and go even faster. Just a word of warning though, be careful riding these things when it's wet. It's easy for the wheels to skid. I've never come off during a ride, but I've experienced the wheels skiding and it gave me quite a scare.Also just be careful in general, you can avoid a bad injury if you don't get cocky. Crouching down while riding keeps your body weight nearer the ground, which makes turns and control easier. You shouldn't stand totally upright unless you're sure you're riding safe. The lower you crouch down the safer you are.
