How long do you heat in microwave? I just received mine but already discarded the packaging.

Microwave this heat wrap for 1 minute, flip the wrap then microwave another 30 seconds. When it is new, it can be very moist and take longer to heat up. After it is dried up, it will be a lot easier. Same with the smell of this heat wrap. The lavender smell can be strong at first. Do not exceed the total heating time of 2 minutes. It can burn. (after it is dry) We don't use any flame-retardants in the fabric. We only use safe and natural materials. Those flame-retardants can cause cancer. Be careful. What is the smell like?

Smell is like a strong lavender. Smell was almost a deal breaker. However, smell did dissapate over time. I wrenched my neck and had pain and limited range of motion for 4 months. I do credit this with my recovery.

what is the difference between the regular length one and the extra long one in inches?

This style of neck wraps has only one length. It is 26 inches. Before filling with seeds, it was 27.5 inches. The hands-free neck wrap is longer. is the purple one any different?

Lovely lavendar scent, and warmth, did a great job of easing tension

Not a paid review... I really love this wrap! Love the lavendar scent, and it is soft and easily conforms to the shape I want. However I decided it was smaller than I wished, (the 5" width) . I contacted the seller directly, as they instructed and they were wonderful to work with! I was able to receive the size I wanted with ease. Thank you!

Therapeutic thermal Effective - Relieves Neck and Should Pain Comfortable Wrap

The Material is soft, comfortable fit around neck and shoulders. Holds heat after 1.5 - 2 min in microwave for a good length 20-30 minutes. A Very good product and well made. This product has a heavier weight than most wraps, but it actually feels very good and stays in place. The heating materials are scented slightly with sometimes lavender. If you have allergies check the filling materials.
