Mine got wet at the lake this morn, so it "popped". Ordered new arming kit. Went over vest model #, and kit model # several times to make sure i ordered the right one. this should be it. I noticed some arming kits don't come with a bobbin or key, just the cylinder. Never knew you had to replace the bobbin every few yrs, til I took the old kit off.after it popped, i guess just after being stored in hot weather for awhile.

Crucial piece of safety equipment that you never want to use.
We did not realize that they expire so soon and had sailed with old ones but never have gone over. The loss of life on the first day of the Race to the Mac when the experienced sailor's PFD did not inflate made us check ours.

Fit my preserver perfect. Be careful with the little insert to make sure you do not break it. Then you have to buy extras.

This is an item that is hard to review. If it works as expected, then the last one you had purchased was the one that you should be reviewing. Only 1 1/2 years left before it expires
Received this item yesterday and it will expire in 1 1/2 years, so this is old stock. Good thing is I bought a set of three bobbins to replace in two other inflatable vest and they have an expiration date of 5-25. Bobbins do not appear to come from the same seller.So beware, this rearm kit is expensive to have such a short short life.

This is a re fill for my SoSpenders life jacket. It automatically fills the life jacket with air when you fall in the water. The original worked just fine. Can't rate this one yet but I'm sure it will work as well. Amazon had what I needed and at the right price.T
