The best raw fruit & nut bars
I've been eating raw fruit & nut bars for years. Started with nakd, then pulsin, primal / paleo, wildthing, etc. Many are nice, some not as much. The Aduna Cacao ones are my favourites! The reasons being:- they are firm & not 'mushy' like some others- they are not too sweet. Many mix in fruit juice concentrate, I guess to compete with mainstream chocolate bars - no thank you!- actual cacao nibs, and not just powder. all others just mix in some powder- supports small scale farmers in Africa

These energy bars are a tad expensive for what they are
I bought a packet of these bars for a family member because they are good for you but they are much more expensive compared to buying some of the other nutritious branded bars out there so I don't think I'll be repeating this purchase… The family member who I gave them to didn't complain so I guess they must have liked them.
